Ordered our favorite pizza a Maui wowie…. Drove 1 hr round trip to pick up only o get home and have a Pacific Rim pizza… which has red sauce. Due to acid reflux issues I cannot eat a red sauce pizza which is why we order the Maui Wowie. Tried calling to report the error 256 times in less that one hour and never got through. Pizza was picked up at 5:12pm on Mat 1, 2024. I hope this is enough information for them to email me backUpdate…. Got ahold of them…. Great people to deal with . They made it right for me and we will certainly be ordering from them again soon!!!

We ordered pickup and got back to our hotel opened the box and it was rhe wrong pizza. We are vegetarian and this was a pepperoni pizza. Immediately, I called, and they said sorry, but that was it. They said they "didn't do anything for this situation and basically they were training new people that made a lot of mistakes". So we took our pizza and got back to the hotel and it was stone cold. So glad we paid $50 for cold food.

We brought our family to dinner here for the first time on Saturday night 4/06/2024 around 8pm. The waitress we had was friendly and we received wonderful service. The food was pretty good. However, the time between when we ordered and when we got our food was close to 40+ minutes. The part that left the worst impression on me was the condition of the bathrooms, and that’s honestly what will keep us from coming back. The women’s restroom had 3 stalls, two of which had NO toilet paper! I had to have a stranger hand me toilet paper from the only stall (which was occupied by said stranger) with the TP. The bathroom was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in awhile. The worst part was NO SOAP?! The soap dispenser was empty of soap and someone had put water in it, so it had bubbles but it was NOT suitable for handwashing. Which brings me to wonder: how are workers washing their hands properly after using the restroom?? The food was good but I would rather not play roulette with my health.

Waitress forgot to bring many things to us even after asking multiple times. Ended up asking the girl that was washing tables. Every one got there food at different times like 10 to 15 minutes in between sosome were done when the others were still waiting. The food was ok. Definitely a one and done for us.

Made the mistake of bringing my fasting parents here for a simple wings and pizza dinner. When our server finally came we just gave the entire order in one go to hopefully speed things up. Did not expect to wait 40 minutes for a salad and a full hour for 2 small pizzas. The rest of our order was probably not put in because appetizer never came. Our server was so kind and accommodating and I know these things happen, but what a bad day for this to happen.

Got seated, and waited 30 mins and still got no waitress or drinks or plates or anything. We had been in the heat and just wanted some water to start off with. Especially having two young kids that were tired of waiting we finally walked out. Several workers passed by us and never came to our table to an order or anything. Place has gone down hill sadly
