We were a group of four people last Saturday and ordered two tonkotsu ramen and two chicken ramen. Unfortunately, one person in our group had the unpleasant experience of finding a hair in their ramen.

The place is very simple — you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. If you want water, you have to get it yourself. We also tried a shrimp appetizer, which was not good.

The ramen itself is very basic and doesn’t have much flavor.

I have called to place pre-orders multiple times thinking that the restaurant was extremely busy just to walk in and see staff on their phones. Last time I came in the cashier told me she wasn't taking orders after I tried to call multiple times so I drive 20 mins down the road with 30 mins before closing and she's at the counter talking with friends telling me she is no longer taking orders. I feel the owner needs to fire the female cashier. She is always rude and doesn't seem to care if the company makes money or customers are happy. I'm a business owner. I feel the owner either doesn't know or care bc I'd fire ppl who are just wasting his money on the clock. Your loosing customers!

The food was amazing! I am not familiar with the area but the restaurant seemed like a hidden gem. The menu is small but still had decent amount of options. There is limited seating but hot ramen was perfect on a cold day. Sweet tea was also the perfect amount of sweet.

Very disappointed, Ramen was not hot and not even close to authentic Ramen. Hate to say it but not welcoming at all.

Walked in at 1:55 - closing time posted on the door is 2:30. We were told they weren't taking anymore orders because they were closing at 2.

I enjoyed the ramen and the broth was out of this world. It seemed authentic and I will definitely be back to try some more menu items

Came here due to a friend’s recommendation since we were craving some ramen for lunch. Service was okay since you order at the counter anyway. My bowl was chipped (was previously mentioned in other reviews), but the ramen was good with the broth being flavorful. I would not recommend ordering the chicken karaage. I had already eaten one piece in the photo, but there were only 4 pieces of chicken for $4..and had thought that there would be more in a portion size, so that was disappointing.

Best Ramen in Greenville! I have tried them all and always end up back here. Grab a date or just enjoy one piece on the tv and slurp up some beautiful Ramen!

I had a fantastic Pho bowl, with extra pork.

Hoping that the bathroom experience is temporary. One was closed for an issue. The remaining one was filthy with a serious need of a picking up.

Instead the staff were busy kibitzing...

My family and I have loved this place since moving to the area. Its one of our favorites. Customer service is always top tier. Prices are reasonable. And portion sizes are pretty big. Food is delicious. Great times!

Dont get the tempura!! It was all onion except 2 shrimp. And was oil logged soggy. Seafood ramen was OK, my husband thought takyaki was pretty good. They did give me a refund for tempura because I couldn't eat it.

I'm confused.. what's supposed to come in the veggie Ramen? Last time it had several veggies (bean sprouts, seaweed, spinach, etc), an egg, and a fish cake? This time just spinach and spring onion. That's it, those two?

10/10 Amazing food at an amazing value. I got a huge bowl of spicy udon that was full of spice and flavor for a great value. Plenty of choices and fast cook time make it a great place to pop in for a to go or stay and eat while you enjoy some anime on the TV. Love the addition of free take out containers for my leftovers as there was plenty. I would absolutely come back for more.
