Love coming to this Moes!!! Everyone is always friendly and very helpful, great atmosphere!!! I have had their catering and they were on point!!! They do a fabulous job with catering and their service in the store!!! Highly recommend!!

Tables and floors was nasty, I had to wipe my table with a disinfectant wipes o carry. The server Tracy was rude and the other female couldn’t tell me the difference between the Meat bowl and shredded Birria bowl so they charged me15.99 for a dish I had no idea what I was being served. I ask Tracy if she could put a little more of the cheese dip in the container, which is was half full…said no without an explanation. So I had to buy another for 3.00. The music was obnoxiously loud. As I walked away from the counter after purchasing the dip the guy said “ let’s us know if you need more chips” I said oh so you’re giving those away lol this is SC not the Hamptons 😵💫

Stopped here for lunch to try Moe's for the first time ever. It's basically the same setup as Chipotle with a lot of the same options. I built my bowl the same as I do at Chipotle, and comparing both I prefer Chipotle as the Moe's bowl was quite dry, mainly because of the rice. But it was still good none-the-less. The employees with both very friendly.

Warm welcoming staff with an atmosphere unmatched by any chipotle in the world. I would recommend this place over Chipotle to anyone.
This used to be one of my go-to Moe's, but it has really changed. I visited on Sunday evening and noticed that no one over the age of 25 was working. The staff was primarily teenagers who lacked basic hospitality skills. There was no greeting, and they were too busy laughing and chatting with each other to focus on my order. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Not sure what happened to the “Welcome to Moes” friendly greeting. Walked up to the counter to ask for the drink as to which a manager said “It’ll be just a minute” in a snarky demeanor tone.
Tough that you don’t have your POS (point of sale) system ready to accept payment at 4:20pm on a Thursday.
Unfortunate to be an industry leader for QSR restaurants in terms of hospitality and welcoming guest, to now being irritated & not acknowledging guests.
Even worse, in front of what looked like in front of a new hire. Chain and ripple effect to the culture and standards of this particular location.

I very rarely leave reviews but definitely wanted to give some feedback on my excellent experience at this Moes on October 1, 2024. The hurricane left many businesses across GVL without power, and so many restaurants were busy around lunchtime on this Tuesday. I waited in a long line that moved swiftly and efficiently. Even though the employees were working non-stop for well over an hour, they were so kind and patient with each customer. Plus, the food was hot, fresh and warm. Nothing was chaotic and everything was clean when it could have been very overwhelming. I want everyone involved to know how good of a job they did on a stressful day during a hard time for a lot of folks. It was a simple lunchtime stop, but I left impressed and happy -- even if it was INCREDIBLY busy.
