Last time I went to this location I was on crutches and it was a to go order. An amazing staff member not only helped me get my drink, but also carried it to my car. The food was also great!

Ordered door dash on 11/8 and 11/18. The food arrives cold, the rice isn't cooked. The beans are hard and raw. This location is getting worse and worse. Extremely disappointed especially considering it was $88 for the meal. They left out a side of queso and drink for one of the meals as well. Will not ever return to this location possibly never the company as a whole this experience was so bad.
Dear owner. Just gave Moe's a try again. This time the one on Augusta. Same exact experience again at least this time the bill was $72 not $88 will not be going back to either.

The employees were great, along with the food. My problem was these 15 kids that apparently walked to Moe's. They looked like they ranged from the ages of 7-14. Their parents were no where to be found, and they were destructive. They were running back & forth throughout the restaurant yelling & screaming, pulling napkins out everywhere & throwing them up in the air, basically trashing the place. What was supposed to have been a nice evening was awful!. I really felt for the guy that was having to clean up after them. I won't be going back to this one, because apparently these kids live close by in walking distance, and probably visit this location frequently without supervision from their parents.

Here is the quality of the “stack” that I ordered on door dash and received. Not only was it just ingredients smashed together and rolled up, not in the shape of a stack at all- but it’s also evident that it was not grilled as a stack should be. What kind of employee would intentionally package this as someone’s meal thinking they satisfied their duties?

The food was really good and fresh. They were offering a lunch special junior burrito, drink and a side of queso. They won't let you swap guacamole for the cheese dip. That was the only bummer.
They have a private parking lot. Not many people dining in but more pick up orders. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the outdoor seating. Traffic did get loud at times.

This Moe's is one of the best Moe's around! It is always clean, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The food is fresh and it is an all around great experience. The Moe's closest to my house, is horrible so I come to this one on my lunch break. The owner is pleasant and it is nice to see him cleaning tables as well.
It's not the same anymore. The taco shells fall apart as you pick them up. They are so thin. Very little meat and stuffed with lettuce and any other topping. My Husband and I rode our moped from Berea to Moe's just to be disappointed. We will not be returning.

Honestly the people there are very kind and welcoming but I went in the bathroom…. It smelt like someone took a dump, got everywhere, and they js cleaned it up with a paper towel. Don’t get me wrong it looked alright but I was not able to breathe in there and not to mention there were no paper towels, only a hand dryer blower thing. By then my appetite was gone but when I bit into that burrito🤢🤢🤮 the steak I ordered literally looked as if they bought one of those sealed packages of steak from Walmart that you would cook in the microwave. And all this for 50-60$. It was also very disgusting. Definitely Not going back.
