I had such a pleasant experience here today ! We were assisted by Leo and he had SUCH AN AMAZING & kind attitude!! He was so kind I ask him how I could give him a great review!! These days it seems like quality customer service is almost nonexistent & not even taught during training anymore but Leo definitely showed the beautiful side of customer service!!! I opened the bag and saw this beautiful note from him to top it all off!! Keep up the great work, Leo. Any establishment is blessed to have you on their team!

I recently (today) had an event catered by our local Moe's on Haywood Rd in Greenville! The customer service was BEYOND exceptional! I spoke with an employee, Chase. We catered for 55-60 people. Chase made the ordering simple and helped make excellent suggestions for our group, he kept me updated, was very accommodating when I had to add additional people to our number, and they even had someone deliver (for a small fee, but it was MORE than worth it!), they delivered, were on time, they set everything up for me, had the warmers going for the food, brought cups, plasticware, ice, drinks, plates, everything we needed! I literally just had to show up. Sponsoring lunch for an event that size can be stressful, but these guys took all the stress out of it! I cant thank them enough! (I did not get the delivery guy's name, but both him and Chase were great!) I would highly recommend catering with this location to anyone!

This Moe’s location and David are fantastic! I originally went to Moe’s in Simpsonville and was told they needed 24 hour notice for a fajita bar. The Haywood Road location was the complete opposite. I went in the day before at around 4 PM to place the order and picked up the fajita bar at 10:45 AM the next morning. David’s can do attitude and eagerness to make it happen was exceptional! I will definitely be back to Moe‘s on Haywood Road. Thanks guys!
