Let me start by saying I love Moes’ food and I worked at one in college. However, the staff at this particular location regularly upsets me. The white girl with the dyed hair consistently acts like it’s an inconvenience to do her job, speaks way too low, and lacks basic customer service skills. I understand working there can be tough, I really do, but she acts like it’s a hassle to do her job. Honestly, I’ve gone somewhere else instead of taking the risk of seeing if she’s working that day. The lightskin black guy also does his job poorly, lacks customer service skills, and you can tell his coworkers get annoyed with him just standing around doing nothing or working so slowly that someone else chooses to pick up the slack. There’s a white guy with brown hair who tends to work the cash register that I love seeing because he’s got great customer service skills. Also a black girl who is incredibly kind and bubbly, great at her job, who I love seeing. This location needs to work on the other 2 staff members.

Just an extra recommendation - try Rubio's also, especially the fish tacos, they are out of this world. There is a Rubio's in the food court at the Monte Carlo but I know there are a few other locations throughout Vegas as well. They are from So. Cal. (San Diego) and originated the Fish taco but also make great tacos of every kind.

Good afternoon. I just started working over here at this Jersey Mike's for a month. I love me a good nachos with extra meat and fresh jalapeños or burrito with extra meat and fresh jalapeños with a drink. So, from time to time, I'll just stop in and grab a drink. The crew always seem chill and happy at their work environment. Today just stop in for my favorite strawberry sprite and I'm guessing it is the Gm/own came up "you get a drink" I said yes a soda" you go to pay for that right" I am more than will to pay, however the gentleman came across very aggressive (rude, pushy, disrespectful. I can at this point but could have been a better way to handle the situation for $2.20. The employees that rouge me up felt vary awkward that I could see in her face about this situation. So the amount of time I hear work at Jersey Mike's I'm wanting my favorite the nachos with extra meat and fresh jalapeños or a burrito with extra meat and fresh jalapeños maybe twice a week out of a month it's $11. So yeah, he is making a great profit back with me get my nachos with extra meat and fresh jalapeños and burrito with extra meat and fresh jalapeños every visit. I'm in management and want to build a relationship with other businesses and managers over here on WoodruffRd, but there are ways of talk to people that come in to your establishment pay for your salary for good food, cause you can lost that profit make off my order for $2.20 drink that would give you for a month visit cost of $11 for my drink that's small number even if I was coming for year that's like $132.

The manager is super rude. I was making an order over the phone and he snapped and said "You know what? I have customers. I'm very busy." And hung up on me.

Ok bud calm down, if there was a problem with ordering over the phone just let me know? No need to snap at me.. I'm a customer too..

Worst bowl I have ever had. Guac was old and browning, the beans are soooo over cooked they are smooshie and grainy. The amount of burned food on the griddle is awful. I was in a rush and hoping for the best.

I eat often at moes, not too often at this particular store but you have a guy that works at this location about 6'2 long dark hair in a pony tail and glasses and clearly needs an attitude adjustment with his customers. I ordered a stack, wanted my queso on the side but I wanted the CUP of queso, not the smaller "side" of queso and I told him that and he proceeded to tell me that he couldn't do that without an upcharge and I said "that's fine, just charge me for the queso" to which he seemed irritated since I told him I wanted to upgrade to the bigger size and mumbled under his breath "Jesus Christ man". Like dude. It's not that hard. I told you what I wanted. This doesn't take rocket science to figure out. Charge me for the upgrade and move on. Because now you just got 1 star review because of your unprofessionalism. ?? didn't know asking for a large size of queso was going to twist your arm.

One can almost never go wrong with Moe’s. I just don’t like walking in and not hearing the words, “Welcome to Moe’s!” I feel as if I’ve been cheated and that my meal should at least include a complimentary drink for such a disastrous greeting. <—— this pretty much never happens. The interior could use some dust and cobweb control though. Just look up while you’re sitting down and you’ll see.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love Moe’s. I think it’s the cookie.

The food is decent, the restaurant is disgusting. Nothing feels clean, floors are dirty, tables are dirty, and every piece of furniture is falling apart. Order takeout don’t sit down and eat. Also can you turn the music down??
