I’m in Virginia Beach, Va and somehow this app sent my order all the way to this store. When I called to let them know “Ayo there’s been a mistake and I need to be refunded” the manager said “there’s nothing I can do because it’s an online order”. After insisting there was nothing he can do for about 5 minutes I then requested that I speak with customer service. He gave me the number to customer service but they turned around and said we have to notify the store (this store just told me to call them) and the owners will determine whether or not you are eligible for a return. Yeah no, you see my area code, you have common sense and know I’m not coming down there for a $12 burrito bowl, please give me my money back! They (customer service) insisted that was their policy. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for about 5 years now, consistently choosing them over their competitors but today the whole company lost my business and I will never set foot in a MOE’S ever again after this whole ordeal. To end this review, my bank had to get involved and now I will have to wait 2 weeks for a 12 dollar refund all because of MOE’S refund policy. I’ve never been more frustrated with a franchise process. Apparently that’s the for franchise stores policy nationwide. Anyways, I really hope the $12 was worth it, because this business will never get a dime from me ever again and it’s all thanks to this Greenville location. Thank you MOE’S Greenville for an experience I will never forget.😤

Shout out to Alvin who served us today. I have been at this location a decent amount and he is always kind, works hard, has a smile on his face and makes you feel like he's happy to see you. Food was good, place was clean, and the people were kind which in some places is hard to come by. Still, I need y'all to bring back El Guapo salsa. Huge miss getting rid of that 😀 other than that, great experience.

Service is crazyyyy bad. The girl working the line tonight (hate that i didn’t get her name) had a crazy attitude and was arguing with another female coworker VERY loudly. Also didn’t warm our tortillas for our stacks, and folded them wildly. Was very rude at checkout as well. Nobody else in line but somehow we were still rushed??

I’m unsure how people mess up an order when the receipt is stamped right on the bag with what’s supposed to be inside. It’s not that hard. I only ordered burrito chips salsa and cookie. Inside the bag was an aluminum wrapped burrito sitting on top of a handful of chips😂. No cookie, no salsa. Looks ridiculous , aside from that. The burrito taste great

I was disappointed to find out the Moe's Southwest Grill Woodruff Road location has closed... the Moe's Southwest Grill on Pelham Road is just as good or better find the location on Woodruff Road which was closer to my house
Was super tired and looking for something good quick and fresh. Moe's came to mind.
Walked in the store and was immediately greeted by Hayden who was friendly and credit professional and had my order made and checked out super quickly.
Much impressed with the restaurant that's super impressed with Hayden. Much respect
