Worst Moe’s I have been to. Slow, skimpy on food. Tried to use their rewards app. Couldn’t redeem current rewards and didn’t even give me credit for my purchase. First and last time at this location.

This location is terrible. Walled in and no one acknowledged me. The only worker on the line was at the cash register talking to a girl. I waited for 5min. Still, not even a "be right with you"....just completely ignored me.However, the location on Haywood rd. Is always great!

Relatively disappointing location that I stopped at for lunch while driving through the area. The food was good overall and I got a chicken club quesadilla with a side of guac and a coke. Salsa bar was a mess and half empty. They only had lids designed for Icees drinks so they must have ordered the wrong ones. Worst part was they “we don’t offer the make it a combo” here so it’s like $6.50 for a drink and a small ramekin side of quac, almost double every other location. Strange.

The service was great. I just feel that the food isn’t the same since they’ve rebranded. I don’t know if shredded lettuce is a thing of the past, but they had larger pieces of lettuce which I’m not really fond of with my nachos. The chips aren’t the same either which is a big part of why I liked the nachos.
If you have to have moes, do yourself a favor and drive to the one on Wade Hampton or Haywood road. This moes cannot wrap a burrito, stack, formulate a bowl or succeed at getting your order into your bag. We are moes people but dang, Pelham just has some issues...

Staff is not friendly at all. Food was cold and burritos were so soggy it was just nasty and inedible. All the tables were dirty and disgusting. I felt sick after eating here. Place needs a serious deep clean and remodel!!

Where to start... the bar was nasty. Food spilled into almost every container. The steak didn't even taste like steak. It was chewy and gritty. Every SINGLE table in the whole place was nasty. The glass on the bar looked like toddlers picked their nose and wiped in along the whole glass. The salsas were to the bottom of each bowl. There was melted ice and water around the mat where the drink machine was. Without a caution sign. The screen would barely work on the drink machine and again... looked like toddlers wiped their nose into their hands and touched it. Someone from the kitchen came out of the bathroom after us... knew there weren't any paper towels to dry hands and never replaced it.we had to use our Sunday dresses. The floors looked like they had never been swept. Usually, we LOVE moes. It's one of my favorites... we wanted to get lunch here because it's Mother's Day, and I picked it. My fiancee feels sick from eating the steak. He gets the same thing every time.I am very highly disappointed in how unclean everything was. We had to wipe down our own table and the seats. Nothing was clean. Probably won't ever be back to this location. Which is sad.... but it's definitely not worth the 35 dollars we spent there. This is NOT how I wanted to spend my mother's day lunch with my family.Go to Qdobas or Chipotle.Edit to add: I'm highly this place would pass an inspection with safety and food being the way it is. I've worked in food service my whole life.I would've asked for a manager, but with the way things were, you could tell they didn't care... it didn't get that way in 5 minutes.
