The first "build your burrito" place I visited was Moe's. This is similar. You pick what you want in your burrito and they make it in front of you. The cost is similar to other restaurants of this type (Moe's, Salsaritas...) The ingredients selection is similar as well. It appears that this is managed by a couple. I see the same two people there almost every time I visit. My only problem is that they are often out of what I want or they are simply closed for some unknown reason.

Hello ! First of all I want to say I have been to your restaurants and I love them - so many vegetarian options! But I have a few questions and concerns for your location in Greenville. I have tried to eat their multiple times but they have all been closed I usually have tried between 7-8 pm, my understanding is that they are open until 9 from online. The first time it was a family emergency, so I did understand that. The second time I saw people in but they just came and said they were closing early? Today I went and I spoke to the employees they were closed up by 8:30... they said they don’t make enough business to be open that late, we’ll they should change the hours. It is so frustrating that I have tried multiple times and this store has been closed. I don’t know if this is typical of the neos but I wish they had some type of warning online if it is so I don’t decide to drive all the way there for a closed restaurant:(. I strongly believe that them closing early so often is going to hurt the business, us in Greenville don’t trust that is is open anymore. Thanks so much for your help, I hope I can eat at one that is open sometime soon lol !

I prefer these tacos over any other taco place in Greenville. Not that the other places arent really good, but the tacos here are just delicious and consistent and the guys are really nice there. Plus they have 1.00 or .50 beer which is a plus

J*** Chicken Burrito was delicious! However, the meal was supposed to come with chips, queso, and a drink. I got the drink but the chips and queso were absent. I called to ask why I didn't get chips or the queso and they simply said "We don't have chips. Is that all?" then hung up.

First time I ordered it wasn't anything memorable. Second time it was so much better. I received a coupon after that so I went there today at noon to pick up a salad. The food is very tasty, much like Chipotle. I wish the lids weren't covering all of the options though. I may have added something had I known what was under the 20 mystery lids. I'm on the fence about the small pieces of chicken. I don't like chewing on large masses of meat, but they're almost too small, shredded and almost jerky like. The guy who helped me was very nice. The restaurant was clean and not busy at all. I wasn't going to order chips, but there was a sign on the door that read 'no chips'. I can see how that would be disappointing to most though. Not sure if I'll go back.

They've closed two hours early the last couple times my friends and I tried to go. Not sure why they're closed at 7 on Saturdays, as their hours still read 9. It really is a good location, and the food is really excellent, but this is quite concerning.

Love the food, very fresh and great daily food specials. Cool venue.

It was delicious! The Chipotle ranch was a lot hotter than expected, but still great! We will definitely be back.

Tasty burritos and quesadillas. Cheap good beer! Friendly staff. So much better than Chipotle, Moe's or other chains.

The food was amazing, the service was more around 4 stars. I'll be back for sure but probably not at peak business hours.

Pretty good food, but expensive and the staff has a low level of training and make everything off a list on the food so be prepared for a wait. It wasn't busy last time but they didn't have chips ready. Smaller than Chipotle burritos, but those are usually huge. You can pay $2 for a large but it's still no as big as Moe's or Chipotle so just be aware. Pretty location. BE CAREFUL about anything with Ninja Sauce, it is extremely hot but a default ingredient in several menu items (looks like habañero base but hotter than most habañeros). Just feels like a young business, but they're established in Asheville where food is increasingly competitive and they've been in this location for a year so I'm not sure what to expect. Again, good food, a little expensive and can't get in and out quickly enough for a to-go lunch sometimes. Pictured is a large burrito with a $2 upsell, about the size of a coke can, and the menu for serving with the food.

Food is really tasty but the staff isn’t very good. Lots of bad attitudes, skimping on toppings, and all around not very friendly.

The folks making the burritos, tacos, etc. are Fantastic. Neo is NOT the authentic Mexican food we have available in the south. However, it's quick, fresh and flavorful with myriad options to build your ideal meal each time you go in.

Good burritos, good staff, this place is the Dennis Reynolds of burritos. It is a 5 star place. $1.00 IPAs puts it over the top.
