Nothing Bundt Cakes

I visit Nothing Bundt Cakes weekly and usually have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and accommodating—until this last Saturday 11/02/2024 Afternoon around 5:30pm. Unfortunately, the younger woman with dark hair that was pulled up and glasses made me feel completely unwelcome. She had a rude demeanor. I didn’t catch her name, but when I asked for a small, special request, her immediate response in a rude tone was, “We have what we have.” I was taken aback by her lack of courtesy. Like I wasn’t asking to make me a whole new cake if they didn’t have what I asked for…….. In all the times I’ve come here, I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. I hope I don’t have to interact with her again. Highly disappointed.

Do NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE MISLEADING AND STEALS YOUR MONEY! I placed an order for a cake to be delivered on a Saturday. The order was placed directly through Nothing Bundt Cake website. Unfortunately the person I was purchasing the cake for was not going to be home during time of selected delivery. I called this nothing Bundt cake location to request a delayed delivery. The incompetent person I spoke tried to blame me that the delivery was through Uber eats and not them. NO WHERE IN THEIR WEBSITE AND DURING CHECKOUT STATED THAT DELIVERY WAS THROUGH ANOTHER THIRD PARTY AND IF YOU NEEDED TO CHANGE DELIVERY YOU COULD NOT DO SO. I called the store again and the lady said they can cancel the order BUT I WOULD GET ONLY A PARTIAL STORE CREDIT and not the delivery fee which I paid an extra $20+. This store is absolutely misleading and provides no communication. They said they would give me a store credit and I have YET TO RECEIVE ANY EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF MY STORE CREDIT. THIS SHADY BUSINESS STOLE MY MONEY!!!!

I love love love this place. The service is super professional, helpful and quick. I placed a order for an assorted 12 bundtinis to celebrate my mom's birthday. Our pickup time was 3:45pm and I was concerned our spontaneous plans would ruin that but they allow extra time for when things get in the way. We picked them up about 15mins before closing and had no issues, everything was perfect, flavors were correct, they even had a sticker with each flavor and its position so we knew which one we were getting. I don't make it a habit of running late to a scheduled plan but family events came up. Thank God for this wonderful place. I will continue to come back. I think I will get my birthday cake from here in december :)

On the phone it says they're open but they're not. If you're going to have an automated message to save time you need to make sure to change it when you change your hours

Wonderful staff at this location. I visited with my toddler and they asked if he is allowed cake. They made him his own small bundtini. The staff even asked if I needed help to my car. It made my day to see such kindness. Thank you again!

Ik it’s a bun cake place but it’s basically bread cake priced at 40 dollars. Bought a chocolate chocolate chip cake and felt like chocolate bread. Not even cake. Would not recommend unless you got a taste or the right mind to pay 40 bucks for bread

My first time trying Nothing Bundt. I ordered through DoorDash and the driver ruined my cakes. I sent an email and received a call from Heidy. She was so sweet and helpful. She replaced my order and even had her delivery driver come and bring them to me. Will definitely be ordering again! Thank you SO much.

I bought a cake for my husband's birthday and it was a success, the service was very good and all my guests were fascinated with the flavor of the vanilla cake, thank you very much for everything ❤️ I will continue buying at this place for subsequent birthdays.

I visited this establishment today in the attempt to purchase a cake for my mother's birthday. It was packaged up and get ready to pay but apparently they do not accept $100 bills. I am told it is because they have been experiencing problems with counterfeit money and offered that I pay with a card. If I wanted to pay with a card I would have. Can they not verify if cash is real or fake?? It's sad to say because my family and I like their cakes but I nor my family will continue to support their business. I don't feel welcome in a place that will assume I am trying to cheat them out of anything.
