Nothing Bundt Cakes

i’m usually here every other month, have never had an experience that stood out to me, it’s usually bland greeting, in & out.
EXCEPT TODAY !! this 5 star review is for Paige, who was incredible kind !!!! As soon as i opened the door, she greeted me with a warm & genuine smile ! I could not decide on which to get, so she made suggestions based off of customer favorites & her own personal favorite, she was soooo amazing ! Thank You Paige for making my afternoon!

Me and my friend came in after last night 1/7/2026 and the ladies were welcoming and friendly the entire staff. They were preparing for closing but all of them stopped to help the customers out. Even asked if we were there for the Biscoff bundt. YES, YES we were. Thank you, ladies, for the service. We will be back when we are in the area.

It seem like the small bundt cakes have gotten smaller ..but still the same price ..and bring the spoons back ..covid has nothing to do with a spoon ...sheesh...kinda wild to sell an edible with no spoon ...we want spoons ...

It’s a really hit and miss yesterday I got a strawberry cake & it was nasty & it had dirt or egg shells or something in it! I couldn’t eat it after that… I have gotten some pretty good cakes from here but yesterday experience messed it up for me I can’t do Hit & Misses

We typically love nothing Bundt cake. I always subscribe to the emails, I received a bogo bundlet coupon to use through 10/19. When we went in Sunday (10/19) to make a purchase the employee was very rude about the coupon saying they do not take them and she wouldn’t even scan my app so I could earn points. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

Love love love this place!! I live in Anderson but anytime I'm near Greenville I stop in. Their cakes are SO good and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is always spotless. They have a good rewards club too! Can't beat free cake!

Quick, courteous service. They were busy when we went and we had to wait a few minutes fornour order, however we were getting the special, as was literally everyone in the shop. They had everything in stock. Small storefront, no tables for dine in. Tables set up with accessories and cute kitchen goodies. For example neoprene coffee holders for your Dunkin/Starbucks cups.

Best smell anywhere. I dont know how to fairly describe how good they are. The texture. Moist, fluffy, and flavorful. Get one if you have. If you want crumbl dont. Come here instead. You dont need 5 cookies that aren't cookies. You need nothing bundt cake.

My husband went by Nothing Bundt Cake on Laurens Rd in Greenville SC. We absolutely love nothing bundt cake but today we purchased 2 Oreos, 1 red velvet, and 1snickers Individual bundt cake. As my husband was eating his snickers bundt cake he spit out some of cake and there was GLASS in his cake. It cut the top of his mouth. I have emailed and filed a complaint on the web site.I would like a call back about this situation as this could of harmed my husband if he would of swolled it. We are truly upset and need answers.

I was very surprised when I was told that they don't do light icing. When you do. I was told to go online and place an order for light icing. Why would I do that? When I'm right there in the store? The young lady told me. We close in 30 mins. I didn't want anyone to stop what they were doing just to give me light icing. No way that would have been uncalled for. I said I understand. But you do like icing because your manager has done it for me on more than one occasion. The store would have never gotten this review if your associate had been trained correctly on how to better talk to the customer and had a little bit more knowledge. About the product you serve.. I just felt a little rushed. It came across like Oh we close in 30 minutes. We just don't have time. That's what I took away from that conversation.

Personal cakes for the whole crew 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🍰 — every flavor was a winner 🏆🎉. I went lemon raspberry 🍋🍓 and OMG it was moist, fresh, and basically life-changing 🤯😍. Ordered online 💻✅, picked up on time ⏰, and the sweetest lady helped me out 🙌💖. Two thumbs way up 👍👍✨
