I visited this establishment today in the attempt to purchase a cake for my mother's birthday. It was packaged up and get ready to pay but apparently they do not accept $100 bills. I am told it is because they have been experiencing problems with counterfeit money and offered that I pay with a card. If I wanted to pay with a card I would have. Can they not verify if cash is real or fake?? It's sad to say because my family and I like their cakes but I nor my family will continue to support their business. I don't feel welcome in a place that will assume I am trying to cheat them out of anything.

On March 23rd, around 530 my husband and I came in for the first time Because we have a cheat day once a week lol. As I was looking over the different cakes, I saw there was a 12 pack for $60. I looked at my husband and I said wait I'll just get the 12 because I needed to get all my ladies at work one for monday. I was trying to decide which ones to get when a bunch of people came in So I looked at the girl at the register and I said if you want to go ahead and wait on them I can pick out what i'm gonna get. She said I can't get off my screen so I rushed through and picked some cakes. She then started putting them in a paper bag and I said oh, do you have a box? And she said I didn't know you wanted the dozen bundle. I didn't realize when I said I was getting 12 that I needed to say "dozen bundle" to get them for $60. 12 is a dozen Instead, I paid $66 plus tax, which was $71. The cakes were great though.

On Thursday, March 7, 2024, around 2:50 pm, I had an awful experience at this location. While waiting in line, a lady was being served by the cashier. As I waited I was on FaceTime, speaking quietly, showing a friend the different cake flavors available. Heidi, the manager, seemed very aggravated and asked in a loud tone, "Can I help you?" It wasn't pleasant; it felt more like questioning why I came into their establishment. I told her what I wanted and she placed it in a bag and placed it on the counter . After stating my order, her demeanor remained unpleasant with a very smirk on across her face. She instructed me to move up in line with another customer who was using a walker and still in front of me. I explained that I had to wait for the customer in front to move first. She then walked away. I decided to abandon my purchase. As I left, she told me to have a good day with a smile, as if she had accomplished something positive. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience.

Horrible attitude of the lady behind the counter today. I greeted her with a warm smile and a hello, but received an icy greeting back. When I mentioned I had a coupon for a free Bundt birthday cake (for my 9 year old son) she was very rude and said "he has to be 13. It says so on the website and I'll be happy to sell you something" in a condescending voice. Well, I didn't notice that, otherwise I wouldn't have asked for it. Mind you, I had planned to buy an additional cake from the store, but not after that interaction! There's a polite way to correct the customer and a wrong way. She IS in the service business...

The customer service was amazing. All of their cakes are moist and taste delicious. Recently I have been hooked on their strawberries and cream Bundt cake. My favorites change a lot because of how good they are.

To start off, I’d like to say that the cakes are wonderful. They are spongy, moist, and flavorful. The best one is the Lemon flavored cake. The red velvet, chocolate, and white chocolate raspberry all are equally fine but the lemon overruns them. The downside of the cakes is the frosting vanilla frosting. It is much too sweet and too much is put on the cakes. It is a mediocre frosting and should absolutely be changed to something else. The website is relatively confusing to use and the phone number does not reach the store it just gives you automated options. Otherwise, the cakes are great and worth visiting someday. I wouldn’t come back here again though.

Terrible cuatomer service! Walked in, and one cashier is on the phone. Another cashier glanced at us and walked in the back as a female comes out the back to catch a rep that just left the store. As we stood inside, no one offered to help us. Not the person that asked the caller to please hold or the worker that subsequently went in the back. Then the worker that asked the caller to hold went in the back.... which just leaves us standing there. Finally, the female that left the store now returns and instantly asks.. have you been help? As she took our order and package our item ( Thank you) amazingly, the other two workers appear from the back. Even though we are just visiting the area... never will we return to this location. Please do better! I hope anyone else visiting this location never encounters the lack of professionalism we received....perhaps it was a bad day! Perhaps they just received a large order, whatever the case.. just remember to acknowledge your customers in the store. A simple "hi, just a moment please or hi I'll be with you shortly " would have made such a difference. But to be totally ignored is unacceptable!

I love their cakes etc!! However, their website is horrible for ordering and logging in. Every single time I try to order, it takes forever . I am on WiFi every time and it doesn’t matter if I’m on my phone or laptop. I dont understand the problem. It’s so frustrating. They really need an app!!! I think it would be so much better.

Got a raspberry lemon cake last minute for my husband's birthday. Super friendly, helpful service and it was delicious. He isn't normally big on sweets but ate two whole slices and I caught him swiping frosting off the cake plate after!

My daughter and I were having a girls day out! We stopped in this adorable little cake shop! I got the chocolate chip single serve Bundt and my daughter got the strawberry and cream. We wanted to eat it right then BUT they don't have utensils!!! Sooooo we had to go find some! Come on now! I know your not a restaurant but sell some forks if you can't afford to give them away! Anyway we found a fork and the cakes were amazing.

Made an online order for next day pick up, the website was cute and easy to use. Coming in to pick up, and I was greeted by friendly staff into a really cute and clean shop! Not to mention how amazing the cakes were, everyone raved about them!
