Love the variety of sweet and savory treats and brunch menus and coffee. Great environment and cozy place.

The reviews were great and they had gluten-free options so my daughter selected it for a few birthday treats. The presentation of the desserts was great so we ordered several items and were seated. The water in the flower arrangements at the table was very cloudy and there were notes left to customers about how long they could sit. It wasn't very inviting.
I didn't enjoy any of the desserts. They were bland in flavor, missing the right amount of sweetness, and a few items tasted a little sour. We each took a bite or two then threw all of the items away. I wouldn't recommend this location nor would I return. Having thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Europe, this place evokes none of its essence.

I've been here a few times and all I can think to say is this place is disappointing and expensive.
Hoping the last time I was a fluke, I took my girlfriend again and what a flop! Caveat- We came for the desserts not any of the drinks. Do not get the Strawberry Mousse cake! It looked decent but the thing was half frozen, the sponge was dry, and the whipped cream on top was just that. Cream. Seriously, the taste of straight cream nearly made me nauseaous. It was a textural disaster and the flavor so bland.
The time prior we had ordered a lemon roll. The sponge had the same issue of being dry and underwhelming. For the expensive price and sad dessert, I will never come back.

I love coming here! Highly recommend for some tea, coffee and crème brûlée 🍮
The sweetest gem. They have seating outside, which is my favorite for reading a good book and people watching.

The staff here is very friendly.
Brie was kind, friendly and helpful.
Abi went out of her way to be friendly, help us understand the dessert menu and make excellent suggestions.
The iced latte was good and the Rigo Jansci, chocolate mousse-type dessert was incredible (it was gluten free but tasted sinfully rich!)
The strawberry mousse cake was delicious too.
They have 14! Gluten Free options and many Vegan options too.
They make all of their desserts fresh daily and we will definitely be regulars from now on.

Everything was great

Have not had the desserts yet but it's a great place for a glass of wine and it's the only place in Greenville (so far) where I've had an espresso that tastes like an espresso should.

I was surprised by how many gluten free options they had. It was my first time trying them out and I had the Coconut Crème cake (GF) and I was NOT disappointed!!!! Old Europe you will be seeing me again!

The service staff was friendly. The place was very clean and reminded me of Europe. Pastries were amazing. Went there twice during our visit. Highly recommend.

Old Europe Coffee and Dessert in Greenville is a charming spot with a welcoming vibe. The dessert we had was absolutely delicious—fresh, rich, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and pleasant, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the café. It’s a great place to unwind with a treat and a drink, whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or lingering over coffee. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is that seating can be a bit limited during busy times. Still, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in downtown Greenville!
