Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My server Julie was very sweet and her customer service made us feel welcome. Julie made our experience greater than what we could ask for. Also the food was great. Please give our server some recognition for a job well done we loved her!

Food was actually Delicious!!!! But the wait was SO Long. I don’t know a Thursday afternoon warranted reservations. Once we were finally seated we ordered quickly. Raviolis are yummy! Shrimp pasta as so good. Chicken gnocchi soup was good and kids loved there meals.
We were ordering LUNCH and it would have been nice to know that the Tour of Italy was a more Expensive dinner item….(my teens ordered it)
The salad kept coming and the breadsticks were hot out of the oven!
I would have given Five Stars but the wait was extreme and there should be a work around…… maybe train the (2-3 we’re at the entry) hostesses to cover???? Or allow customers to place orders and opt for minimal service???

We ordered curbside pick up. We specifically put in directions here and anywhere we order or go in to eat at NO TOMATOES on our salad and incase of any kind of cross contamination, because my son and I are allergic to tomatoes. We opened our salad and I started portioning it out and I saw some seeds on the lettuce and onion. I then noticed they were tomato seeds! And a small chunk of tomato was there as well!
I am SO glad I noticed it before we started eating and didn’t end up in the hospital!!!
Very upset and disappointed.

Food was good, but steak wasn't good & pasta didn't have enough sauce. Chicken Alfredo was too dry. Salad was fresh & was very good. Our server was very nice, very helpful & attentive.

My family and I recenty visited this location. I came specifically for the newly returned Braised Beef Tortelloni (my all-time favorite and the main reason I would visit Olive Garden). Unfortunately, it wasn’t available that night, but our server Gabby, being very attentive, noticed my disappointment and quietly notified the manager, Dejuan.
Dejuan went above and beyond, personally ensuring the kitchen could still prepare the dish for me despite it being off-menu that evening.
It was absolutely delicious and just as delicious as I always remembered it.
This level of customer care is rare and made our visit special. Thank you, Dejuan and Gabby, for making it happen! Highly recommend this location.

Food and service was disappointing
4 pieces of eggplant parm. Thin cut and a little spaghetti, left hungry. Spaghetti is cheap put it on plate. Server didn't ask if we wanted more salad or bread, so don't say endless. The salad was not even full . Not busy to be overwhelmed. Third time there and the last time.

This is my third time coming here and my family and I was disappointed. We waited for a table when it was not even busy. Then we got salad and no one checked or asked us for more salad. Then we got our meals and the portions were a lot smaller. We were disappointed and also we left hungry. This was not cool. Your service and food is the reason we are not coming back. Very unhappy. We spent over $50.00 dollars and still had to buy more food.

told us the wait would be 20 minutes, ended up being more than an hour before we left, no one was seated when the entire restaurant was empty, no one was even there on a tuesday night. terrible service.

Overpriced frozen microwave dinner... small portions and nothing is made in house all microwave

That Chicken Gnocchi is really good with those Bread Sticks. Just order a side of Alfredo for your Bread Sticks and Bam, that's one great lunch break!!!

That server (Gabby) was very nice

I adore this location. All our servers have been amazing. Everytime the food is great. We didn't go at a busy time so the service was on point but it usually is when its busy. Alyssa was an absolutely delightful and a wonderful server. She made ordering very easy and made sure we didn't need anything.
