Haven't been to an Olive Garden in a while. It seems that the portions are getting smaller. The prices have gone app overall, the service was good.

I came in with a group of 5 total people on Saturday, March 1st. They were relatively busy, but got us seated right away. Our server was Kenny, and he was PHENOMENAL. He was very attentive and had remembered us from a prior visit. There was some communication issue with our ticket, so the wait for our main courses was a little longer, but Kenny made sure that we were taken care of, and checked on us often. When we got our food, it was SO GOOD. Kenny had a great attitude and we really enjoyed having him as our server. We hope to see him again next time we come in!
Dietary restrictions: They have some vegan and gluten free options, and can substitute GF pasta in several dishes!

Very poor service from the host. The place had enough lighted spaces and they refused to give us a table with more lighting. The place where they sat us was so dark that we needed the phone's flashlight to look at the menu. There was no interest in improving the service, we paid for the drinks and left the place.
I haven’t been to Olive Garden in a good long year and I finally got to go. I was so disappointed in the service, the quality of the food. No one was at the front to greet us or take us to a table. Our waiter barely checked on us. We had to get the attention from another waitress just to get to-go boxes. The chicken Alfredo that I craved after so long didn’t have the same taste. It was so bland. I used to love Olive Garden so much. The bad experience after waiting so long to eat here again made me not want to come back. So sad.

Food was really. I will start off by saying that. However the server was absolutely horrible. I sat there for about 15 minutes before she even came over. Then I never received the salad and breadsticks. I mean, it's Olive Garden, that's the whole reason people go, right? She never checked on me, i did ask for the manager and found out she had been working there a month. I did tell the manager, maybe she's just having an off night but if what I said to her made her a better server for the rest of the night and from going forward, then i'm glad I said something. The manager did take care of my bill and give me a free dessert so yes, I will go back and if I have that server again, I will give her a second chance. The manager made things right for the most part. So I can appreciate that.

Food is excellent! Atmosphere is friendly & inviting. Service can be a lil slower at dinner up to 8:30 or so. But a great meal always!

I endeavored to take my children out for dinner this evening, only to be seated at an exceptionally unsatisfactory table. This specific Olive Garden is located near some less desirable areas, which may contribute to their apparent lack of concern for cleanliness and standards. The manager, Clayton, appeared taken aback by our complaints but failed to provide any assistance. Regrettably, I will not be returning. This establishment is not reflective of the Olive Garden we frequented a decade ago.

We always enjoy our visits to this location! The food is amazing and the service is quick. Nayt has been our server twice now and NEVER disappoints! He always takes really great care of us and is very attentive to us, as well as to his other tables.

I stopped in while I waited for my Uber to arrive, and good’ol’ OG started asking me if I wanted a drink or anything, and I just asked for water. Later I had to come back and when I did, Abbie and her manager were gave me multiple mints and a piece of gum. The whole restaurant was so nice.
PS the tip was an engagement gift

This restaurant has unfortunately declined in quality. It was once a favorite of ours, so we chose it for our anniversary dinner. While the service wasn’t terrible, it was far from exceptional and could use significant improvement.
The real disappointment, however, was the food. If you enjoy excessive salt in your meal, this is the place for you. While we appreciate well-seasoned dishes, our meals were overwhelmingly salty to the point of being inedible. We both ordered our usual dish, the Tour of Italy, and were surprised by the drastic difference in taste.
When we addressed our concern with the manager, we were advised to request a “lightly salted” version next time. Given that we’ve never encountered this issue before, this response felt dismissive rather than a genuine effort to resolve the problem. While the manager did deduct the cost of our appetizer, which was salty and inedible, the overall experience remained disappointing.
I followed up with an email to the general manager, hoping for a more thoughtful resolution. Unfortunately, their response (or lack thereof) reflected the same indifference toward customer satisfaction as the manager’s. A business that values its regular customers should prioritize communication and making things right. Sadly, this establishment appears to be heading in the opposite direction. Best of luck with that approach.

I've been craving olive garden for a few weeks, but everything is so expensive these days, so I talked myself out of it for weeks, but last night was my night to splurge a little on myself. So I dropped the order in the app and tried their car side thing for the first time. The app said it would be ready in 30 minutes..ok, cool. It took an extra 45 minutes, no one let me know anything. The guy next to me, said he had been waiting an extra hour, but the part that really got me, was when his food finally did come out, he asked if he could have some extra bread sticks for the wait, the girl argued with him for 5 minutes and finally said she would bring him 2 extra! Wtf. Then it took her another 10 minutes to do that! So I didn't even bother asking for extra bread when mine came out, now I would have been fine with everything, I get it, sometimes things happen. But my pasta was so DRY and the edges were hard, like it sat under a heat lamp for 30 minutes...dude if I'm gonna wait an extra 45 minutes, please at least get it right with what you give me, needless to say I thing I won't be splurging at Olive garden anytime soon, if this is how it is, yikes. If you're gonna go eat in, so you don't have to argue over bread sticks, and then you can at least ask for a manager when your food is dry.
Edit: so after this madness the other night, Olive garden sent me an email with a free appetizer or dessert. I figured it was because it took so long for my food to come out, maybe the system automatically sends the coupons or something. But I thought okay, let me go back over there and give them a second shot, so I go at 3:00 p.m. today which is Thursday, I'm putting my order in the app, and I go to add the promo code. And it says that it's expired or no longer available, lol. They only sent it to me two days ago, maybe it was because I gave them a one-star review who knows, but needless to say I think I'm done with this Olive garden, or Olive garden in general. Good luck to the rest of you

Awful service. 40 minutes past pick up time and food is still not ready. Workers up front could use some training on customer service. Saw some pretty semi-rude interactions while waiting. Saying “wassup” instead of “how can I help you?”
