We have been eating at Olive Garden for 20+ years and have alwats loved it but something has drastically changed recently. My wifes Chicken Scampi tonight was littered with rotten peppers, which was acknowledged by the manager, and they recooked her scampi and took it off of the ticket. I had the tour of Italy, with Pasta e Fagioli. Everything had a weird, bitter, musky taste to it. Im not sure if they have changed the ingredients, or the cheese used or what but it wasnt pleasant at all. Even the bread sticks have changed and werent good. My review has nothing to do with the server or manager, its the food. I used to love Olive Garden but I doubt very seriously that I'll be going back.

I went around 11:30 with my husband and it was great. Karey was our server she was amazing and she makes the best drinks. Her service was amazing. I will make sure to ask for every time i come back ! Food was hot and out quick.

It was busy. 35 minute wait but service and food was great once we were seated. Always end up with enough food to take home and have the leftovers the next day.

Just had so many issues - our server was nice, but didn't listen to things we said, so things would be wrong, and then we had to keep having her back and repeating what we asked. They ran out of cups, out of bread sticks, didn't get orders correct, Shrimp Alfredo made my husband sick, etc.It was just disappointing that a place we have loved has gone so down hill. Not sure we will be back. ☹️

Unfortunately, this olive garden has gone down in quality to the point where, we will not be coming back.Food made me sick, every request was brought out wrong, out of cups, out of bread, out of takeaway boxes that actually fit the food. Not sure where the downfall was if it was the kitchen or the server getting it wrong, but just a poor experience. Hope to see this change in the future!
