I would’ve gave this place five but let me tell you why. first time we can here it was great amazing. today we decided to sit at bar. the guy was very cold , we ignored it. we asked some questions because we didn’t understand some stuff and he got kinda rude. the hispanic looking guy didn’t get a name .. he laughed and talked to other guest but us he was so rude. the asian guy behind the bar was more nice ! but other than that the food was good. won’t sit at the bar anymore after a bad experience.

WE ORDERED A RICE BOWL WHICH ENDED UP BEING EXTREMELY SPICY , TOO SPICY TO EAT AND ENJOY AND THEY WOULD NOT LET US SEND IT BACK OR REPLACE IT AND MADE US PAY FULL PRICE. $80 SPENT ON A MEAL THAT WE DID NOT EVEN EAT. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

We visited for the first time tonight and the food was great! Our waiter, Brandon C. was phenomenal! The only negative thing was that we had to wait at least 5 mins for the hostess to show up! There was a couple waiting in front of us & a large party waiting behind us at the host stand. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Folks took my Daughter out to Otto Izakaya for her birthday dinner and she was very happy with the dinner ? Now I'm going to say it was crowded but the staff and service were good as expected especially being so busy.Now the food was something else maybe because they were so busy ?If you haven't gotten by please do yourself and family a favor.

Brandon was an amazing server and everyone in our 12 person party had an exceptional time. He was attentive, helpful, and kind. The food and drinks were amazing as well. Especially the pomegranate martini. Thank you for such an amazing time and we will be back!

Michael, our waiter, was AMAZING. Food was great as always but the staff was swamped with online orders. He was transparent with us about a possible wait but still delivered amazing service. Will be back just to have Michael as our waiter!

Atmosphere was great, the service was lackluster. My question, "Do you any domestic on draught?" Was met with a,"No", and a point to a chalkboard menu behind me. The food did not impress either. The bang bang chicken was a small cutlet cooked in breadcrumbs.
