I've only been to the Outback in Greenville SC twice. Both times I had the bone-in ribeye. The first time was outstanding, but I had the same yesterday. The 1/2 on the outside was very good, but the inner half near the bone was absolutely terrible. It was extremely gristly and fatty. The server was excellent and arranged a $5 discount which is insulting. If they had given me a coupon for a free future steak, I might be willing to return. Valentines Day and we ordered the advertised meal for 2......food was good but that's it. First the waitress was scarcely ever there, supposed to be a easy 4 step meal right......nope! Meal was so out of order! Salad didn't show till after the entrée and my husband's plate had 2 potatoes (one was supposed to be mine) on his plate and mine had nothing but a piece of fish. My husband and I went to outback at orchard Park on Saturday the only good thing was the salad I was steaks were dry came out 2 hours later the food was lukewarm the waitress was good but the food was horrible
