Server was cold as the fries. ID’d my Father on his 80th birthday stating it was corporate policy. I am all for following rules, but this ridiculousness is from corporate policy.
Food was late, and mediocre.
Manager was doing his best, but needs help from corporate.
It’s clear why this once great brand is struggling.

I normally love going to outback but this visit has made it my last. As someone who works in a kitchen and used to work for outback at a different location they clearly don't care about presentation or quality of your plate. We ordered the new chimichurri and the Kingsland pasta. The picture on the menu is extremely misleading as what I got looked nothing like it. It was just thrown together on the plate and the steak wasn't cooked to temp, I ordered an add on potatoe soup that I never received until after my pasta hit the table. Once I received my soup and finished eating it my pasta sauce turned to oil. I was so disappointed and the server support was terrible understandingly because they don't receive the tip directly from our table they receive a percentage. Sucks for the servers. She brought my soup to the table didn't hand it to me sets it down and says sorry as she's walking away. I will never be returning. All around terrible experience.

I was very disappointed in my last trip it was not even quite lunch time and the place was not busy. The manager set us and somebody came took our order. They brought a spread. Then they brought our meal and I ordered the steak salad. My steak was horribly burnt... It took me a while to get somebody's attention to let them know that it was in bad shape. The manager came over and said he would replace it right away which he did. After he left then the people behind us complained also about their steak not being cooked properly it was overcooked. I think they need to find a new cook end a new person to come check on their customers more often..

I ordered delivery through the website. I thought that the website would be accurate and up to date, but I was wrong. After Door Dash dropped off my dinner, I opened my bag to find the wrong sides (despite the tag on the box saying what I ordered). I called Outback and was put on hold for 16 minutes. Called back, and was told “I’m sorry” multiple times and then told that they no longer serve broccoli, it’s green beans, and I’m the first person to complain about them. I wasn’t complaining about the green beans, I was letting them know my order was two thirds wrong. When a manager did finally get on the phone, she told us corporate is in charge of the website so she can’t change that it still says broccoli, I understand that, but you also were given my phone number when I ordered and could have called. She asked if I wanted to drive back up to get a baked potato since they sent me mashed potatoes, I did not, and that she could add a coupon to my account for next time I visit. I don’t want to visit, nor do I believe the coupons would actually show up, so I said no, I’d rather just not eat there anymore. I was told I’d get a refund for the meal that was sent more than halfway wrong, but that hasn’t happened yet. I still don’t believe I will be back to this location after the way the two people on the phone handled the situation to begin with.

Ava is a terrible hostess . She had an attitude towards my party and was very rude . She was loud and obnoxious and if I ever decide to come back I would hope that she is gone .

Very friendly staff. I had a positive visit. My steak was more like medium rare than medium. My wife's salad was disappointing. It had no croutons as well. The kids liked their meals and the wife liked her steak. I would have given 5 stars if my steak was on point. It wasn't really the best cut of meat I've had from Outback either. Our waitress was great.

My wife chose Outback for her Birthday. [ Haven't eaten here in years ]. Please allow me to preface this review with our server. He was the best part of our experience!! And the cheesecake was tasty. The Meal : Ordered 8 oz sirloin. Out, so I settled for 6 oz. The steak size was 2.5" x 2.5" x 5 ". [ approx 4-5 oz cooked ] Paired with the small portion of mash, the plate looked like an appetizer. Ceaser salad was fair. Prices Are Super High. In comparison to quality restaurants in town, these cats need to tone it down and turn your lights up a bit. The Peddler you're not.

The food took a while to come out and when it did it was not very good. The pasta was undercooked and the onion was over cooked. Our waiter Matt, however was very good.

The food was decent i can't complain the ribs was great. Now i will cut them some slack me n my wife did come after Valentines day so they didn't have Mashed potatoes or steak for the pasta. And i wish they turned on some heat lol my preferance but it was ok.

Following the path of Red Lobster and TGI Friday's, Outback is one of those places that were "special" 20 years ago but have steadily declined since. The Greenville location is particularly poor. Today's lunch was an example - expensive food carelessly prepared and delivered by inhospitable staff.
My steak was slapped down in front of me by someone who disappeared without asking if it was cooked properly (it wasn't) and without seeing if we needed anything to accompany the meal. We were eating at the virtually empty bar and I flagged down the occasionally present bartender to ask for horseradish sauce that didn't appear until my stead was cold.
About 80% through our meal, the bartender (Bree) threw the bill down without asking if we might want dessert, another drink, or a box for my daughter's partially eaten ribs.
I give this place one year max before closure.

Purchased 2 steak dinners both of them were really spicy/peppery where they burned our lips. . Both of us had stomach aches within 30 minutes and diarrhea. I was missing my baked potato and my son was missing his fries. What a horrible experience.
