I've only been to the Outback in Greenville SC twice. Both times I had the bone-in ribeye. The first time was outstanding, but I had the same yesterday. The 1/2 on the outside was very good, but the inner half near the bone was absolutely terrible. It was extremely gristly and fatty. The server was excellent and arranged a $5 discount which is insulting. If they had given me a coupon for a free future steak, I might be willing to return. I can't ever remember giving a bad review to a restaurant. I guess every restaurant can occasionally serve a bad meal, but I can't justify going back. Staff was outstanding but that's not enough.

Did curbside pickup. Had to wait 15 minutes after my pickup time confirmation for my order to be brought out. I couldnt tell the restaurant was packed out. But the food has great. Will return again someday.

Wife had the house salad and baked potato soup : I did the Sirloin and baked sweet potato . Steak was done at my desired temperature- service and orders were on time, courteous and good Service. Our first time at this location, we recommend it and won’t hesitate to comeback

Grilled Shrimp and Steak had too much seasoning, Steak was more like 4 oz., but Salad and Soup were fabulous!
Absolutely delicious. Our suffer TJ was great. Great suggestions on what to order. The food is so good, and you get so much of it. I just split with my boyfriend because it was more than enough for one person.

Great Food, Exceptional Service from Kiri
We visited this restaurant over the weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday with our family. While the experience got off to a rocky start due to a disappointing interaction with the host/greeter (who seemed annoyed by our large group and gave off a somewhat dismissive attitude), the night turned around thanks to our amazing waitress, Kiri.
Kiri was everything you’d hope for in a server—warm, attentive, and incredibly patient. She handled our drink orders, appetizers, and entrees flawlessly, keeping everything running smoothly despite the size of our party. Her level of service was truly top tier and made all the difference for our celebration.
We’d definitely return—but next time, we’ll be asking for Kiri by name. She turned what could’ve been a less-than-stellar night into a memorable one. Thanks again, Kiri!
