What's the point of making reservations if a group of 6 comes in with a reservation that is 15 minutes after yours but gets seated before your group of 5? The brown rice was hard. I've been to this location several times and the brown rice was never “al dente” before.

I ordered the crispy honey chicken. It tasted great but needed more honey sauce. In fact, there was no extra sauce on it. Next time I'll ask for extra sauce.

I ordered Pepper Steak. The steak was so overcooked it was like shoe leather. And the gravy for the dish was so spicy, I could not finish it. I have never had pepper steak that was spicy - that's why I ordered it. We did not have time to send it back, so I are the vegetables and the few pieces of beef that were edible. Would never go back to that location again. On top of that, the fortune cookies were broken and stale.

Server was very nice and attentive, but the food at PFChangs has definitely changed over the past twenty years and NOT in a good way. What made this restaurant different and unique way back when is now sadly gone. The overall quality of the food has noticeably diminished, but the prices seem to continually creep up. If PFChangs' quality and uniqueness they started with was still here, I wouldn't mind paying the higher prices.

We had such an enjoyable lunch today!! Our food was delicious!! The only thing better than the food was the service!! Ashley was fantastic!! She was so very nice and friendly! She anticipated our every need!! It was so obvious that she loves her job and genuinely cares about her customers!! Thank you so much Ashley!!
The service from the wait staff was fantastic. I would like to give praise especially to Carmen who waited on me.
Wheelchair accessibility: I like the fact that they actually have a lowered part seating in the bar area that is at standard height where you can get your wheelchair under, and not have to deal with high top tables. Wish more restaurants would make their bar areas more accessible.

I recently ordered from P.F. Chang’s online and, while the food was great as always, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. I had ordered fried rice but received white rice instead. When I called to let them know about the mix up, the manager handled the situation with true professionalism. She was kind, understanding, and took care of everything quickly. Mistakes happen, but the way they responded made all the difference. I truly appreciate their kindness and top notch service.

Had a taste for the spicy orange chicken that I purchase almost every week, but was highly disappointed today. I purchased this same dish yesterday, and it didn't look or taste like the spicy orange chicken I was given today. The oranges are always cooked and drenched in orange sauce,this time they just threw 2 uncooked orange slices on top. The chicken was not crispy as usual, but soggy and tasted like they threw some leftover chicken from yesterday in the microwave and tried to pass it off as fresh. As I told the supposed "manager," I purchase this same exact dish almost every week so I know what it's supposed to look and taste like. I asked for a refund because I don't trust food after you make a complaint, which is the reason I hardly ever return food. I took pictures and will be taking further action since I wasn't able to get it resolved when I returned it to the counter. Do not purchase to go orders here, they could care less about the quality of the product they're giving you.
