I used to love this panda because the chicken was always so good and saucy, but the past 3 weeks it’s been dry and gross. I don’t know if they changed the recipe but it makes me not want to eat here anymore

Fresh food, clean atmosphere, easy to find a place to park.

Food is usually great, depends how long since an item was replenished. The inconsistent manner of the servers is frustrating. One day they give you plate full of food, the next day they act like it is their personal food you are taking off of their plate. I had a manager in N Fla literally give me 4 pics of Orange Ckicken in on order about 6 weeks ago. Needless to say, I WASN'T IMPRESSED..

Ordered ahead through the app. I walked in and the lady at the counter promptly handed me my order (fried rice + honey sesame chicken bowl), and I took it home to eat. It was delicious! Great food, great service, and reasonably priced. No complaints here!

I usually enjoy this location, but my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. When I walked in and started looking at the food options, the first employee abruptly asked, “What do you want?” in a harsh tone. As I placed my order, she immediately followed up with, “What’s next? What else do you want?” without giving me a moment to decide. I politely asked for a second to look, but she gave me a weird side-eye, which made me feel pretty unwelcome.

Come on—we’re in the South. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect better customer service. Thankfully, the next employee I interacted with was much friendlier, greeting me with a warm “Hey, how are you?” That small gesture made me feel more comfortable.

The food was great, as usual, but the initial interaction soured the experience. I really hope this location works on providing a more welcoming atmosphere moving forward.

First time, and I will never eat here again. Noodles were just bad, and the chicken was med. They gave me more broccoli than steak, which was disappointing. But the noodles were something you get served at school. Don't get chow mein. In all honesty, it is better if you actually go to an actual Asian restaurant...

Convenient decent Chinese food that literally may be ordered via drive thru.

However, for same price and much better taste and quantity I can go to a mom and pop Chinese place.

I would say Panda Express would be better if their sauces were not so sweet. Sesame Chicken taste like Mountain Dew mixed with soy sauce.
