VERY FEW PEOPLE WANT TO BE SITTING TRYING TO EAT, WHEN AN EMPLOYEE STARTS VACCUMING WITH A VACCUM THAT STINKS. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED, AT THIS LOCATION.

I went through the drive thru they gave me the bagel I did not order & I did not receive a receipt at all. Just a bad experience this morning & the wait and the communication at the window asking me basically my order all over again .

I love it!
My 91 year old mom and I had very enjoyable experience at Panera today. Ed took our order and was so nice and patient. Our food was delicious! There was a wonderful young man named Tray that was behind the counter where we picked up our food. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers! We truly felt valued!

I am currently recovering from COVID and have taken every precaution to ensure the safety of others, including wearing a mask, avoiding entering any indoor locations, and using contactless payment methods. Despite following all guidelines and making sure there was no physical contact, I had an unpleasant experience at your drive-thru today around noon.
The employee working at the window questioned why I was using the drive-thru and then rudely suggested that I should use DoorDash instead. Her tone was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering I was being responsible and respectful of everyone’s health and safety. I understand that everyone is under pressure, but I believe a little more kindness and professionalism would go a long way in situations like this.
