I ordered delivery because I was stuck at work. I used Ubereats which I really should stop using them because they don't offer refunds for certain restaurants when they mess up your order. I was missing some items in my order so sadly I wasted money. The sandwiches and lemonades are good though.

Uber Order #88A16 was just delivered to me and my $10 bowl of soup is missing. So frustrating. It was delivered by a guy but the pic on the Uber app is of a girl named Felicia. It was delivered at the Homewood Suites Downtown hotel in Greenville SC

Honestly this place has gone down hill. When you come in you select what you want on 3 small screens. Then you have to go ask for your cups. Then they say they will call your name but they never did. I went back up there after 5 or so minutes and they were just sitting there out in the open. Very dry staff. Not rude but didn't say anything. The table we sat at was dirty and there was nothing to clean it with, the dishes that we had to clean ourself and stack were overfilling in the bin which was gross to see. Just overall not a good experience for the price. I will admit the food was decent but it's Greenville, there are a million options for decent sandwiches and soup. I won't be returning unfortunately.

Early morning staff at the Augusta road site is outstanding. Very friendly. Well managed.

Walked in and just wanted a bagel with cream cheese and two drinks. This order would have taken a human 2 min max to help me with. But no one was around so I spent several minutes using the kiosk. I would have liked the bagel lightly toasted but I could not find a way to select that.
As soon as my order was complete people magically appeared from wherever they had been and let me know I could select the drink I had ordered. I still needed a cup for the fountain drink. Waited for that. Then waited and gave up on someone cleaning a table for me.
Good was good. Could have been better if warmed. This place is not busy enough at 10:30 to justify no one helping. Very annoying trip and too expensive to have less than excellent service.

My order was incomplete and the salad was not fresh. Panera used to be one of my favorite places for lunch. I don't know what's going on with this restaurant chain, but the service has deteriorated too much lately.

I ordered an iced latte with oatmeal. The fruit was really fresh and the coffee tasted wonderful. Better than Starbucks. I enjoyed the oatmeal. It was cooked perfectly. The prices are fair for what you get.
Love the place, staff we awesome and very friendly, we have my mother-in-law with us and all her specialties and staff were very accommodating with her requests. Food is regular Panera Bread food.

Ordered a coffee with almond milk and cinnamon. There’s at least two TABLESPOONS of cinnamon. Burned my throat. Dumped it to find this cinnamon sludge at the bottomThis Panera has been very inconsistent, whether take out, dine in, or delivery. I’ve had parts of my order missing or with ingredients I explicitly did not want about 1 out of 4 orders. I’d have a terrible experience, be done with the place for a while, and then after some time, give them another chance. However, this might be the proverbial last straw.
