I went through the drive thru they gave me the bagel I did not order & I did not receive a receipt at all. Just a bad experience this morning & the wait and the communication at the window asking me basically my order all over again .
My 91 year old mom and I had very enjoyable experience at Panera today. Ed took our order and was so nice and patient. Our food was delicious! There was a wonderful young man named Tray that was behind the counter where we picked up our food. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers! We truly felt valued!
I ordered delivery because I was stuck at work. I used Ubereats which I really should stop using them because they don't offer refunds for certain restaurants when they mess up your order. I was missing some items in my order so sadly I wasted money. The sandwiches and lemonades are good though.
