by mistake my wife didn't take the glasses for the drinks but for the water when a very aggressive boy who works there starts shouting you have to pay if you want to get the soda then I got up and left and a boy with curly hair was shouting and aggressive I will never come here again

Love Love this location great place for work lunch in the perfect location right in the back of Haywood mall my soup was outstanding the staff was very friendly plenty of parking and seating love the cozy vibes great place to catch up on emails or study definitely will be returning

The employees here always greet you with disdain especially Shay the assistant general mamager. I went to the window to explain I forgot to say not heated on my sandwich and my order was very clearly at the bottom of the list and that was fine . I just didn't want it heated. That is it that is all. Shay made comments that my order was the last one and I needed to be patient. Again, I wasn't being impatient I was trying to correct a mistake I made. I corrected her and stated I knew it was the last order i wasn't rushing them. She said I had an attitude when I stood up for myself wo using any sort of derogatory language or actions, Ms. Shay the assistant general manager invited me to get a refund. I'm not exactly sure how correcting my own mistake unraveled into this but honestly Panera's food isn't good enough to deal with people who hate you for walking in the door, placing your own order on a screen bc the counter person is so hateful you opted to do her job for her in order not to deal with her. I think I'm done with Panera.

Panera is insanely expensive for so little food. The combos don’t even include a drink which is crazy to me for the amount you pay. And at this particular location, the bathroom is gross. Poop on toilet, old grimy sink, and no paper towels.

Before economy went bad, Panera already had expensive food with little portions. Now it’s even worse. It’s no longer worth it. Go to a different restaurant until they are forced to be reasonable again

Lady at the front always looks in a mood. Ordered our food and they never told us it was done like they said they would text us. Then I went up and asked if she could heat up food it was cold. Told me there’s a microwave by coffee do it myself. Rude

Got off work at the restaurant i work at and the powers out where we live directly across the street from this location. Its about a hundred degrees in our room and the my kids and I came and sat at the tables outside.
They told us to go somewhere else.... Omg, i w0uld of bought something if you were open.....
Thanks, i been helping the fire department pull limbs too.... Go make break .... Id advise people not to shop here....apparently they dont want people hanging around
