Everything about this meal was incredibly satisfying. The flavors were rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced — honestly the closest to perfection. The sandwich was fresh and flavorful, the soup had an excellent taste and texture, and the little pastry bites were delicious. Both drinks were absolutely amazing, creamy, and sweet in all the right ways.
The presentation was clean, inviting, and well put together, and the overall experience felt warm and enjoyable. From taste to quality to presentation — a solid 5 out of 5.

Horrible customer service and a sandwich doused in heavy mayonnaise so that it was inedible spoke with a manager name Kat who was rude!

They offer sandwiches of many varieties from standards like BLT to unique combinations of their extended varieties of sandwich meats and vegetables as well as condiments. If you have thought of it, you are more likely to find it here than at most sandwich shops. They also offer a nice variety of soups, salads and unique desserts. I don't use it for hot menu items though some are offered. As a soup, salad and sandwich shop, it can't be beat for the price. But it isn't a really quick fast food joint. It will take a few minutes longer but the extra time is more than worth it and the price is a little more but, again, worth it for the variety and quality.

I visited this establishment today,August 5. I got there like 635 ...the greeter at the drive thru has an attitude already...and she just got to work....dont get an attitude with your customer..you already know what the day consist of ...so you should be use to it ...no one wants that NEGATIVE ENERGY over their food ...I don't frequently go here but I do go enough to that yall service could be better ...starting with her....she had a very low haircut ...natural ..and moved very slowly and had an attitude. (just for her description)....the tea was toooo sweet ..like she just dumped the sugar.. in with no regards....they wasnt even ready to serve the customers ....get to work earlier ..so your products are ready...tf...Panera in cherrydale way better...No attitude over there ...so I'll just go there even though I stay across the street at this location...sorry a-- workers .....attitude a-- chic

I had great experience today… I went inside to eat around 430. The team leader was cleaning the door she held the door greeted me complimented me on my dress& was very pleasant while taking my order. My food was hot & tasted good. Best of all my order was correct!
