I got an egg and cheese croissant that was horrible. The croissant was extremely flat and soggy. The egg was overcooked and had zero flavor. I should have taken it back in and gotten a refund or just a bagel.

Stopped in several times during our recent stay in the area. A very busy area and I was concerned about a huge crowd inside.
We loved it! A "ginormous" seating area inside and out. We were waited on fast and our food and take out pastries were ready in no time. We had a party of 6 and no wait.
The manager (didn't get her name) was very understanding and helped me so much when my DoorDash order messed up

The manager went above and beyond for me. I had gotten confused and thought the curbside pickup signs were for Panera. My daughter was sleeping in the car when I went to pick up my food and the manager was so incredibly kind as to bring my food out curbside as an exception and that made my entire month with that one kind gesture!! If you’re a parent with a sleeping toddler you understand how this gesture does not go unappreciated!!

They were our refuge during hurricane helene. They had power, wifi, and excellent service. Even gave out free coffee/water/scones when the line was really long. Thank you!!!
