Usually, fast and friendly service and decent atmosphere that is spacious with large windows. Food leaves a lot to be desired and there's much better options for the price. If I go back to Panera it won't be to eat.

Most mornings I come to get a coffee and am always greeted with a smiling face and told to have a wonderful day! It really makes my day. Also today I came in and Jerry was so kind!

My new favorite place to get project work done. Used to be the one on Woodruff until they started blasting the a/c recently. Plus this location is closer to many other stores I frequent in the area. Plus the fact they always get my order right. Can't go wrong!Vegetarian options: Highly customizable menu gives plenty of options for vegetarian/plant-based/vegan diet.Parking: Always plenty of parking spaces close to entry.

I won’t ever stop at this Panera again, they can’t even get an order right. There is no excuse for not reading your tickets, and putting ingredients on an item that were specifically requested to not be on it.

Food was what you'd expect from Panera, decent quality, served at appropriate temperature. However, we were given chips and told they were out of baguettes. I later innocently asked why they couldn't have cut one of the many sourdough bowls or loaves and given us a slice from that. I was told that all the bread is counted every night and there is trouble if something isn't there. So, then the manager comes out, clearly interested in my curiosity. She attempts to belittle me for asking questions and implies that I was trying to squeeze them for a slice of bread. What happened to people trying to resolve issues rather than taking joy in being rude?

Delicious fresh salad!Love my Panera on Pelham RoadThis avocado chicken salad is fresh, healthy, and deliciousThe bread is legendary of courseMenu has everything from soups salads and coffee with pastriesStaff was friendlyPrice was a good valueAtmosphere was busy - good spot for a coffee meeting or a meal by yourself or with others. Lots of families and friends. It gets very full and loud during peak times but that's half the fun of gathering in community, so go off hours for a quieter experienceAlso right off to the side is a fireplace with seats for readingLocation is excellent right off 85 at Pelham Road in front of Lowe's grocery store. Multiple access points either at the light or through the parking lot just stay safe.Ample parking spots all around the building.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Many options for those with dietary restrictions

Well half sandwhiches are usually pretty big, as I’m loooking around at everyone’s sandwhiches mine was 1/4 of what everyone’s was literally baby food and they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. For $5 I don’t think so, I’ve been to Panera before, very upset and will not be returning and making a call to

I had half Asian salad and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend not putting all of the dressing on it.

I went the other night, and they told me they were understaffed and it would take a long time to get my food. I went across the street and got chipotle, which was good.Tonight, as a change in pace I got Panera. The salad had no dressing at all, and the bowl was gooped with taziki. It was disgusting. This place has fallen so far. No doubt the rich corporate a)$$holes are getting rich with the new, expensive prices, but the food is absolutely garbage.

I was very disappointed with lack of service, upon entering no staff at front counter. After ten minutes someone came out of the back as I was leaving. I ordered a souffle but was told none were available. I asked until what time do you offer breakfast items? The person responded 10:30, it was 9:00am…I then asked for an asiago bagel but no luck there either. Only plain bagels available. I said ok then just a coffee. When I tried to pay she said no charge today which was nice gesture. I always get hazelnut coffee but today it was empty. I left the cup and shook my head in disbelief. I think this panera needs new management and better leadership.
