My dad and I do brunch here about every Sunday for the past year or so. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Facility is clean. Enjoyable background music. Food is consistently good. Overall experience, five star.

Ordered through the app and the delivery driver past our house. We watched the van drive by so I called the driver 3 times and on answering. Then saw the van go back past and leave. And it said delivered on the app. I called Panera and they made it right and were very kind. The manager was a 10/10. We went and picked it up just so it would be faster.

Extremely slow drive thru! This company has definitely fallen off! When you order a salad it is always half full. Then they put salad dressing on my salad instead of in a cup. Everyone does not eat salad dressing. I was trying it out which is why I asked for lite dressing in a cup. I ordered a Turkey Bravo sandwich and they never put a pickle on the side. Never! Anything you eat here make sure you have something else taken out to prepare at home to eat because you will be starving within an hour. I would’ve been more satisfied just stopping at the gas station. 😏 This place is definitely NOT worth the money AT ALL or gas it takes to get here. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
