I placed a simple order at Panera—three soup bowls and one small chicken noodle soup—and paid $32. I understand prices are high everywhere these days, but what really disappointed me was the small chicken soup. It didn’t have a single piece of chicken in it… just broth and a few noodles. Very disappointing. Unfortunately, this was both my debut and my farewell to Panera. I expect better quality for the price, and this experience fell far short.

Ordered a salad without cilantro - covered in cilantro. The turkey bacon bravo we got was basically falling apart in the wrapper and didn’t even have bacon. I don’t know who’s in that kitchen - but they don’t care about their job. Sad

Haven't been to Panera Bread in a while. Went to this location today for a late lunch. Staff at register(Zai) is one of the friendliest, efficient and helpful staff I've come across in a long time. Food was great. Would highly recommend.
