Panera Bread always has a great atmosphere and great employees and managers, especially at this location. The Panera Sip Club is a great membership to have and I would definitely recommend trying it out. Their food tends to be overpriced, but if you get the value duets you can pay under $8 for a meal. Definitely recommend???

I tell you what, I order from here all of the time because I don’t live far away. But BOYYYY idk who was on y’all’s salad line tonight (3/27) but give them a raise and a tip immediately. Sometimes my salads are half way full and it’s disappointing. Whoever made this knew that a $16 salad better be full and delicious. THANK YOUUUU!! You magnificent being. Management - let me know who this was because I would love to tip them! They out did themselves ???

I gave it one star because I ordered a toasted bagel. As I was waiting for my food I noticed the guy in the back handling my bagel with no gloves on and also he got a pastry from the front with no gloves. It was for a drive-thru order.When the cashier gave me my bagel I immediately told her I want another one because he was not wearing gloves. She went and made me another one. But my bagel wasn't toasted. Please train your employees to wear gloves when handling food.

I went through the drive through. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 30 seconds to ensure the food is what you ordered. I requested and paid for a Chipotle chicken panini and bowl of tomato soup. I got a cup of broccoli Cheddar soup and a cup of some sort of noodle soup instead. Granted, they are both delicious. Just not what I ordered. Didn't discover til I got home. The staff was very friendly. Thanks!

Wednesday 17 January at 3pm. Ordered drive through turkey sandwiches. The manager and staff were outstanding. I'm shocked. These sandwiches were the best sandwiches I've had.
As good as what you've come to expect from Panera generally. Good customer service at this location.

The service and quality has been going downhill for a while now, at almost every single location. The lemonade stand drinks are consistently "sour" and moldy. What is the point of doing the sip club if the quality of drinks keeps getting worse? I'm not going to comment on the "coffee".Today I received my order, and the soup spoon was visibly dirty, as if it had not been washed. Then I had to ask for a plastic spoon (waited for someone to pay attention to me), because none were available.Tables are almost never wiped, at least the wipes are accessible.
