Papa Johns on Plesantburg Greenville Nasty Nasty Nasty I ordered a small beef and steak with banana peppers why did the pizza come covered in banana peppers green peppers and no sauce it was so Nasty we tried to fix it but that didn't work we couldn't taste nothing but peppers it was horrible we called back 4 times and twice we got put on hold and hung up on đĄ I wouldn't recommend this was horrible and a complete waste of money

We had a coupon for 2 large pizzas for $12.99. They refused to accept the coupon and said it was a typographical error. They tried to make us pay $12.99 apiece. I had another coupon for 1 large pizza for $9.99. I only had one topping and the coupon stated one topping. I plan on following up with the Better Business Bureau for false advertising. The coupons I had came from Papa John's in the mail.

Online order placed for me & my nephew. Girl at the window delayed assisting us. And when I gave our online order name to her, she walked over and stood looking at prepared orders until I spoke up saying 2 pizzas + wings for S. Lomax. And she reached down picked it up , thankfully,without opening our food items using her unwashed hands.

The manager Barry was very rude when I called to let them know my order was wrong . Not the type of person you would think represent your brands . My order was missing an entire pizza and my wing count was wrong . He acting as if he couldnât see or fix anything due to me placing the order online. Only what I paid my job was highly disappointed I had him on speaker and we order a lot of our job orders from there . Wonât be back to that store
This Papa John's has took their pizzas to a whole new level they've got the temperature of the oven figured out so food comes out crispy like it should I've had Papa John's all over the place and never experienced it so well prepared highly recommend this location management has got the stove set at the right temperature so the pizza is crispy

Worst experience ever, decided to try Papa John's again after several years of not having it. When we arrived the entrance was locked even though we could visibly see several workers inside. A homeless man who was hovering in the front told us to use the drive thru before asking us for money. We drove around to the drive thru which is very awkward. This is the worst parking lot and drive thru set up ever. When we got to the window there was a note on it say to order online. The worker just ignored us and didn't even open the window to answer any questions. We left but will never come back again. This was such a a waste of time. We just went to Little Caesars, at least we could order at the window and get food quickly.

I donât understand how Papa Johnâs stays in business at this point. Their biggest mistake was going to the online ordering bullshit. Itâs never right. Sometimes they send you to the wrong location. And you have no choice in any of it. My latest Papa Johnâs order, I ordered a special with two medium pizzas and cheesy bread. I ordered the pizzas as supreme or whatever it is that has their most amount of items. Open the boxes, the pizza is literally only had toppings on 1/3 of each pizza. I complained to the company. Nothing. Iâll never use them again. Shame. I really used to like Papa Johnâs. I will never use them again though.
