Worst place to take out your order. 1. Worst tasting pizza in my life. They dont know how to make pizza. Just dumped too much sauce cheeze and loads of veggies on thin crust. 2. Order was ready but I have to be in drive through lane? Ok; I called them to confirm if I can walk-in the store, she confirmed over the phone. Now No one is opening the door and lastly manager said I have to pickup my order from drive through.

Order was delivered quickly. Pizza was tasteless. On lemon pepper wings you should be able to taste lemon pepper. Sauce was awful. $32 for large pizza and 8 wing pieces is ludacris. It won't happen again. Back to little Caesars, wedges or dominos

Ordered a pizza online and arrived early. Waited until my order was ready according to the app and then got in line. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes as the person working the drive through window allowed the cars ahead of me to wait in place until their orders were ready? I tried calling their posted number and no one answered.
How hard is it to tell someone that their order isn’t ready and they’ll need to pull around and not block the drive through???
Really was a turnoff and must be a reflection of how this franchise is operated

There is no real atmosphere to speak of, and that is not a negative. Order inside or online and go pick it up or have it delivered. The pizza is good and the staff is friendly.

This Papa John's doesn't have a place to eat the Pizza, they do deliver if order on the phone, but we generally do take out, that way we get it home, hot and delicious!

Almost 3 hours on a 45 minute estimated time for delivery. Just to find out it was third partied to door dash and that wouldn't even have been a issue. I called and said there is nothing they can do. Unprofessionalism at its BEST!!! Just terrible service from start to finish.

In advance, we ordered delivery for 6:15 pm. Three calls and a little before 7 pm, the pizzas were delivered. Cold. We made the mistake of adding a generous tip in advance to our order. The pizzas were ok. They were just cold and late. In future, if we order again, it won’t be in advance and we won’t tip when we order
This is ridiculous fr got a extra cheese pizza & it was a mess waited 45 minutes for another one & it was a mess! Get them dumb kids out of the store people don’t wanna waste their money!

Pizza was good. Girls up front could not figure out how to work the register. I'm assuming there were new, but lacking customer service manners to the max. Finally after 10 minutes they asked for help and we got our order in, waited around 10 more minutes and got our pizza.

Ordered a mushroom pizza. Picked it up, got home & a cheese pizza. Called em back & they say next time I call I’d get a free pizza. Called back less than a week later & no record of owing me a free pizza! Poor customer service!
