Customer service was great. I usually get my baked wings from Cherrydale location but happen to be passing location on Pleasantdale. This wings wasn’t cooked all the way through or something because they didn’t taste done and I had a bad stomach ache later that evening.

They cancelled our order after it was already an hour and a half late and didn't even call, text , or email to notify us. Absolute garbage service. Management has to be sleeping on the job to let it get this bad.

Called in an order at 7:45 PM to the Greenville S. Pleasantburg location on a Saturday (the store closes at midnight). We were told that they were not taking any more orders for the night. Wow... how pitiful is that. I don't need them, and evidently, they don't need me either.

Ordered a drink and pizza. Delivery driver showed up with the drink in the pizza bag. A cold drink in the hot bag, how stupid do you have to be.
Worst place to take out your order. 1. Worst tasting pizza in my life. They dont know how to make pizza. Just dumped too much sauce cheeze and loads of veggies on thin crust. 2. Order was ready but I have to be in drive through lane? Ok; I called them to confirm if I can walk-in the store, she confirmed over the phone. Now No one is opening the door and lastly manager said I have to pickup my order from drive through.

Order was delivered quickly. Pizza was tasteless. On lemon pepper wings you should be able to taste lemon pepper. Sauce was awful. $32 for large pizza and 8 wing pieces is ludacris. It won't happen again. Back to little Caesars, wedges or dominos

Ordered a pizza online and arrived early. Waited until my order was ready according to the app and then got in line. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes as the person working the drive through window allowed the cars ahead of me to wait in place until their orders were ready? I tried calling their posted number and no one answered.
How hard is it to tell someone that their order isn’t ready and they’ll need to pull around and not block the drive through???
Really was a turnoff and must be a reflection of how this franchise is operated
