Wish I could give tonight zero stars ! Manager is very inconsiderate and the steps to getting something fixed are outrageous. My daughter and I have Covid so I decided to order something that we could reheat in case we couldn’t eat much… but nooooo whole order was messed up and they only way to get it fixed is through DoorDash how we ordered it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a papa johns. I walked inside and everyone behind the counter just looked at me with disgust. I then waited for 5 minutes before the workers even asked what I wanted…..I will never come back to this place

Always something ?. Ordered delivery for my boys. I got home a couple of hours later. I opened the boxes and to my surprise, the super Hawaiian pizza is a pepperoni pizza with green peppers, definitely not what I ordered. Another time, I was given someone else's order with their name on it. Even left the pan in the box another time. I guess I just need to try a different location. I did appreciate the manager taking care of this and have the correct pizza delivered.

I ordered a veggie pizza with no cheese and added pineapples. When I arrived they accidentally forgot the pineapples. The guy said keep the pizza and made the pizza over. He didn't have to give me the pizza, but it was a kind gesture. Thanks a
Waited over 39 mins for my order just for them to get it wrong & then called to try to get them to fix it just for them to take another 40 mins to get the order together . The wait time was ridiculous for a restaurant that isn’t that busy.

Store left off my 6pc Honey Chipotle Wings and 5 packs of Crushed Red Pepper packets & the Create Your Own Pizza was smaller than I thought, customer service was horrible when I called back to let them know that what happened and that they only gave the Door Dash Driver order 2 of 3 & order 3 of 3 but I would have my boyfriend come get my wings even though that was the purpose of me Door Dashing the order because he just got off and I did not feel well. When I sent my Boyfriend back he had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to remake it.

Our driver Markius is the man!!! He kept communication flowing as he was trying to find our neighborhood (it doesn’t show up on Apple Maps for some reason) when he got here, he was polite and fast.
