We’ve been going here once a week for a long time. We sit at the bar, the bartender quit about a month ago… The last 3 times the papas fajiatas for 2 had to be sent back for cold meat and under-cooked veggies. We have never sent it back until today and the meat came back hot but the peppers came back still raw. Like a 1/4 raw uncooked green pepper. The fajitas don’t even come out sizzled. They’re just smoking from a little water thrown on the iron skillet. Today was it. We won’t be back and we lived this spot.

For the life of me I can not understand what is wrong with this location. Ive spent thousands on thousands of dollars at Papa Johns and I can not get a proper prepared order of Parmesan Garlic Breadsticks. They are overcooked EVERY time. The seasoning is almost gone or cooked off or hardly applied. Come on yall this is ridiculous. The franchise owner training their employees to cheat customers to save money or something? I shouldnt have to call every time I want some breadsticks to ask the manager to please make sure its done right. My last pizza was way overcooked the cheese was super hard on the pepperoni specialty. The breadsticks with that order was burnt with only seasoning on the bottom of the tray. While waiting for someone to respond to my contact me request I still placed another order and this time even less seasoning on the breadsticks!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its like its on purpose at this point. Train this location better or shut it down!!!!!

Horrible food. Ordered through Uber eats. Paid 30 bucks for halfway cooked dessert and a pizza that was basically onions and cheese. Tried to call them back after receiving the order, they immediately said I would have yo take-up the bad food with Uber. IMMEDIATELY called Uber to register complaint with a guy who could barely speak English, who quickly made it clear that the bad food was my problem. I WELCOME any Papa John's manager to contact me about this disgusting food.

I had a free pizza reward and the app would not let me order pick up. It said I could redeem in store. When I got there they said it probably wouldn’t work and had me open the rewards and show them my QR code to try it out. He said it wouldn’t work. I then lost the reward because it was opened. He didn’t even apologize or offer any compensation for it. Horrible service.
I normally give this location a good review but tonight my pizza was disgusting. I asked for light sauce. It had too much sauce and it didn't seem warm. I won't order papa johns again.

Nighttime/evening crew is fantastic and super nice. They work hard despite the heat and late hours. My only complaint (and why I can’t give all 5 stars) is because during day time the pizza just isn’t prepared as well. I ordered extra sauce, but there was hardly any.
