Did a to go order. Received soggy tacos, terrible!!! Order salsa and chips Received beans.... called restaurant. Young lady informed me that hard tacos are like that cause of the meat!!!!

Went in with 5 hungry friends after a long bike ride. 4 of us thought we’d be hungry enough to attempt the 5-pound burrito challenge. Boy did we underestimate how big that thing would be. I nearly finished the whole thing in the 30-minute time limit for the challenge, but couldn’t quite get the last scraps of cheesy tortilla down. Man, it so tasty though. For a non-competitive eater, I’d say you’ve gotta be at least 180 pounds and very hungry to beat that challenge. Would definitely recommend getting the 5-pound burrito to share though!

Went to Papas and Beef for the mega burrito challenge and it did not disappoint. the staff were excellent and attentive when my friend started puking after being unable to complete the 5lb burrito. Had a great time, will be going again.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and got the ranchero burrito not realizing they would have pinto beans and zucchini in my burrito, (said refried beans and no zucchini was mentioned on the menu), there was no salsa as promised on my burrito. The rice and chicken was good as I have known. I have been there two separate times and had a great experience, but clearly they don’t care about their customers because my whole family’s order was messed up. Frankly, I am never going there again and would rather have 10 pounds of garlic chicken from P.F. Changs and be on my potty for 12 hours than eat here again.

It took forever to get our food. And refills on drinks. We had a party of 6 we tip normally good for anyone in the service industry. But we were seated and several other groups after us were seated and served before our order was ever taken. Very disappointed
I normally come to this restaurant with my coworkers, but after today I won’t be returning. The customer service was unbelievably bad. My rice was completely burnt, and instead of simply fixing the issue, multiple employees chose to argue with me. I was told the burnt rice on my plate was “for decoration only,” which makes no sense. It took speaking to four different people before someone finally brought me a bowl of unburnt rice.
Most of the staff especially the server Jennifer were rude and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. The only person who showed any kindness or professionalism was the lady working in the front.
Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me and my coworkers to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointing from a place we used to enjoy.

I was hesitant about going here because of some recent negative reviews, but I am beyond glad I ignored them. The restaurant was quite busy, so it was a little on the noisier side (can't blame the establishment). They had a salsa bar with a variety of options, so once you got your chips, you could choose the salsas you wanted to try (I tried them all). The food was well priced. I ordered the burrito ranchero and it was delicious! The margaritas also have very large options and they tasted great. Lastly, I thought the service was great. Melissa, our server was extremely nice and was quick to respond to any requests we made. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, we got our food right away. 10/10 would come again.

I normally come to this restaurant with my coworkers, but after today I won’t be returning. The customer service was unbelievably bad.
