We got food at Papi’s Tacos tonight on River St tonight and it was amazing. We came by and ordered when we started our walk. I told her what we were doing and how long we’d be gone. It was hot and ready when we came back. The food was fresh and authentic. I wish there was one in Columbia. The customer service was perfect. Highly recommend!

I made a reservation for a bachelorette party- and while they don’t usually take reservations they were overly accommodating and helpful!! They let me come in and decorate early, the service was impeccable (Pauley, JoJo) amazing humans and so so helpful! Making for a very special occasion and amazing dinner- the food was awesome! Would def recommend coming here!!

I may come back later and edit this after another visit, but the entire service concept here is confusing. I ordered from my table via QR code. I was never brought my drink I had to go to the bar to get it, the server accused me of ordering from a different table (I was at the same table the entire visit), and the food was late, cold, and mediocre. I don’t often leave reviews, but this experience was exceptionally frustrating especially being hangry as I was. Also, tipping is included in the ticket price.

We love Papi’s tacos so when we heard of the new location, we decided to pay them a visit. We found a table and our server took the order promptly. Unfortunately, we waited for 45 minutes and watched people who ordered after us get their meals before us. The server finally came back and told us the ticket was lost and that we’ll have to place an order again. He did not apologize. While we waited for another 15 minutes, we saw someone at the bar complain about their 15 minute wait and their food was given to them for free. The food was great once we finally got it. When it came to the check, no discounts were given or apologies. Really disappointed, we understand Artisphere weekend is crazy but to see them apologize to someone else and not care that it took over an hour to get our meal… unacceptable.

Ordered just drinks - margarita and beer, server named Samantha kept on saying she is bringing the margarita and that it is being made, it never came and she disappeared too, had to then go to the main counter where the environment was in chaos and took time to convince them that the order is real and that they have not delivered on their promise, for a few minutes thought they are ripping off customers by not delivering on the orders and that the customer will forget in the melee of music and chaos
