Papi Tacos is my favourite taco place. The shrimp tacos are cooked perfectly, everything fresh & super tasty 😋. I also enjoyed the chicken Barbados, it's very moist & delicious.

Our first trip to Papi's and truthfully, it was just okay. The meat, sliced pork and steak, was dry and not very flavorful. The tacos may very well have been more authentic than I realize, but we are used to big bold flavors, and with some taco heavy-hitters in Greenville, these fell short for us. Also, two out of three of our glasses of water had unwelcome stuff in the glass/water when it was brought out to us. A bright spot was the fish taco. That was very good. And the ground beef wasn't bad either. Outside dining was very loud and chaotic, with more than a half dozen dogs around, constantly barking at each other, even getting away from an owner once.

We got food at Papi’s Tacos tonight on River St tonight and it was amazing. We came by and ordered when we started our walk. I told her what we were doing and how long we’d be gone. It was hot and ready when we came back. The food was fresh and authentic. I wish there was one in Columbia. The customer service was perfect. Highly recommend!

I made a reservation for a bachelorette party- and while they don’t usually take reservations they were overly accommodating and helpful!! They let me come in and decorate early, the service was impeccable (Pauley, JoJo) amazing humans and so so helpful! Making for a very special occasion and amazing dinner- the food was awesome! Would def recommend coming here!!

I may come back later and edit this after another visit, but the entire service concept here is confusing. I ordered from my table via QR code. I was never brought my drink I had to go to the bar to get it, the server accused me of ordering from a different table (I was at the same table the entire visit), and the food was late, cold, and mediocre. I don’t often leave reviews, but this experience was exceptionally frustrating especially being hangry as I was. Also, tipping is included in the ticket price.
