We enjoyed our dinner at Patterson. Alex S (from California )did a great job as our server and he was attentive and very helpful with our wine and dinner selections. I enjoyed the pasta bolognese with the homemade pasta. My husband enjoyed his crispy chicken. The homemade French fries were delicious too. The menu is limited so I would suggest that you review it ahead of time, but we liked our choices.

The service and ambience at the restaurant was wonderful. My food, however, was not. The chicken was dry and the vegetables that came with it were very tangy and not tasty at all. Overall, very disappointed for the price.

Several issues detracted from our experience at Patterson. We were staying at Hartness Hotel on the Stay and Dine package. We were asked to wait at the bar while hostesses got it together with wait staff to seat us. Bartender was not familiar with wine by the glass we ordered. Bread service ($) ... half of bread was stale. Starters were good. Mushrooms served with filet were not warm/hot... kitchen offered to warm remaining mushrooms but no offer to replace. Scan to pay did not reflect correct amount due at dinner's conclusion. Took some time to figure out how to pay the correct amount. Stay and Dine dining credit remained an issue at Hotel check out the next morning. Nice restaurant but details need to be improved all around.

We enjoyed a truly lovely dinner last Friday. The dining room has a wonderful feel to it with beautiful lighting and decor and plenty of seating options. The service and food were excellent. The chicory salad and the seared tuna were just delicious. My husband had the Osso Bucco which was savory and perfectly presented. Will definintely be back!!

I took my wife out for a career development celebration. Staff made an extra effort and was greatly appreciated. They put us in a cozy wine room. We enjoyed everything about it. I'd like to see a few more shareable's added to the menu. The food and beers were Priced right. I feel like a lower Price cocktail or two would be beneficial.

The menu is sort of wonky but we were mostly able to find dishes we liked. The Burrata appetizer was pretty good. The chicory greens salad was delicious. The chicken and the bolognaise were both very good. However, the Osso buco was dry and tasteless. We sent it back and removed it from the ticket. The chocolate dessert was delicious. This is a lovely little restaurant, and we enjoyed the cute little hotel too.

We've enjoyed Patterson's Kitchen several times. The food and service is always wonderful. Last night unfortunately there was an excessively loud, rowdy group in the wine room who ruined the experience. The manager said she'd spoken to them several times but their bad behavior did not improve. Next time we'll probably ask whether there's a party before we book here, as it was an unpleasant evening.
