Love everything about PDQ. From the staff to the food, everything is great. The chicken is always hot and juicy and the fries are always hot. I prefer PDQ over Zaxbys any day. As far as the establishment itself, there is plenty of seating and is clean. The restrooms are also well kept. 10/10 recommend.

They picked up the lemonade and tea like they were closing the business at 6:10 pm when they are supposed to close at 8 pm. Looks like the manager isn’t on site. That should be the reason why they are with not enough customers.

I usually don’t enjoy white meat chicken. It’s always so dry. But the tenders from this PDQ are delicious. They’re so juicy. I took extra home and enjoyed them the next day too. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They are so helpful to this older lady. I eat PDQ probably 3 times a week now.

What can I say... Never been here before or even heard of the place. Saw it online and decided to drive from Atlanta just to give it a try because it looked so delicious. Man, not only did they make it hit and fresh for me, the customer service I received from who turned out to be the manager on duty, (I hope I am spelling correctly), Shaun was impeccable and second to none. I will absolutely be returning again. Thank you for renewing my faith in both the potential of this generation and in the fact that there are still GOOD fast food establishments out there.
I have come here a couple of times and the service and the food is pretty good. I went today with my boyfriend and I noticed one of the female workers who had red hair and looked older giving me a dirty look right when I walked in. I felt uncomfortable because I was the only person of color in there. I asked that worker directly for some more sauce and she looked at me, didn’t say anything, and walked away to complete other orders. I noticed she was kind and attentive to other customers who are not people of color. I was uneasy the whole time because I kept getting a couple of dirty glances at me from her. I give two stars for the food :)

The food was horrible. The chicken tenders taste like they were cooked in old grease. They use to have the best home made lemonade, now it taste very tart like its been made with lemon juice.
