Vegan food that is NOT actually vegan. Went to establishment hoping to enjoy a good vegan dish and to my surprise , the “vegan” chicken was real chicken. When I went to staff to complain, I was told “what do you want me to do about it”. Do not recommend

Tried to enjoy and good burger and vegan chicken sandwich with my girl and the sandwich was not vegan made my girl so sick 10yrs of no meat her stomach sand nope so mad and disgusted that there was nothing done to fix the problem!!!

My food was good. I ordered a burger and fries, and although its not anything spectacular, I enjoyed my food! I wouldnt consider it a smash burger, but a tasty burger.

Haven’t had meat in over 25 years (I am vegan). Today was served a burger with real meat. Safety issue no doubt - and just in-professional. When you go order a vegan burger you expect to get one so after two bites I knew something was wrong. They offered their apologies, refunded our meal, and gave me $75 gift card - but my religious vow is broken. BE CAREFUL and not really sure how to guide you to verify your burger is vegan.
They also own Paloma - so who knows if the quality control is the same.
I may seek legal advice on this.

3 stars is generous. The burger was just average and the fries weren’t good. Very overcooked and it taste like the grease wasn’t changed in a while. Not worth the 33.00 for me and my son. Should have went to Burger King. It’s in a great spot tho.

I don't normally eat hamburgers, but this was disgusting. I would have rather had McDonald's and my daughter ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. She would even take a bite of it. Not even sure what was on it, but it was so saturated with cheese. And other things do not recommend
Inconsistent. Sometimes the food is good sometimes the food is bad. My chicken wrap was completely different on 2 occasions.

Not a huge fan. It is just fast food but it’s nothing special. I tried it once and didn’t like it, so I gave it a second chance but unfortunately nothing changed. my burger was overcooked both times I have eaten here, yet came out cold both times also. The first time I went I waited over 30 minutes while it wasn’t very busy and it was cold and soggy when they handed it to me. I had high hopes for this place since I thought it would be a good place for a quick bite, but it’s not good or quick.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burgers available.
Dietary restrictions: They do have veggie burgers!
Kid-friendliness: I believe kids menus are available.
