so i'm traveling through from out of town staying at a hotel down the street and noticed the reviews here. unfortunately, i found the pho to be lacking in much flavor (pho broth is supposed to be ALL about the flavor), my vietnamese coffee was uninspiring and lacking in meaningful flavor. again, this is something that is known to be bold in flavor. i almost felt like i was sick or something that would explain the cognitive dissonance between the reviews and reality, but i wasn't sick. service was ok, the guy seemed awkward. the "adults" seemed more friendly and i saw other tables that seemed like regulars. but i've had pho like 100 times in my life and this is definitely near the bottom 20%

This pho doesn’t even taste like pho. The meatballs taste “burnt” and the pho broth taste like tomato broth. None of the standard herbs were used in this and I doubt this is bone broth at all. I am very disappointed and have no clue how this place is so highly rated. I just wasted over $100 on microwaveables.

I ordered the pho with meat balls. My BF ordered the Tom yum soup. BF's sister ordered the pho with round steaks. I also ordered the fresh spring roll to share. I was disappointed with the spring roll because normally there would be three shrimps in the roll. But ours came out with only ONE shrimp in the roll. And there were only two rolls, so I actually didn't eat one. If I'm a local, I would come back. I spoke to another customer while waiting to pay. He loves this place, so maybe we came in a bad day. They won a lot of awards. I'm glad that they have signs all over to let us know to pay with CASH. Otherwise, we would have to pay a 3% surcharge for using credit cards.
Parking: I think there were 3 spots for customers to park in front of the restaurant. We parked in front of the law firm next door because they were closed.

My first time and it was amazing! Excited for a new spot near by. I even ordered extra fried rice to go. Muy Muy Rico! AND so clean compared to other spots like this one. Great service. Enjoy the wait bc its made fresh to order, and for that I don't mind.
