Just bought a Norco Fluid Fs A2 from there Allen got it ordered for me and Randy got me setup super pleased with pricing, customer service and in the time frame provided. Thank you guys!
I want to start by saying for the most part, this place is pretty good. The people behind the counter serving beer and working were nice but i went in to purchase a bike and the expert fit guy told me the bike was my size even after I said it felt a little big but he insisted. brought it back after one ride and they would not let me return or exchange for a size down. He said he knew a guy and was going to see if he was interested in purchasing it from me and that he would give me a call back. He gave me a call back saying he's still working on it and would call me back even if the guy said no. well he never gave me a call back and now I'm stuck with a bike that doesn't fit me and they seemed like they were frustrated to help work something out which in my opinion was the bike fitter guys fault for sizing me wrong knowing that I wasn't super knowledgeable about how the sizing should feel. I further went to two other bike shops and they both said the bike was too big. I wish they would value the rider more than being focused on the sell.
Piney Mountain is s great a place. Beer is great. Atmosphere is great and the people who work there are awesome. Best place to grab a beer in town. Also great bike mechanics and the best place around to support by buying bikes.
This place is by far one of the coolest atmospheres you can find in Greenville. The staff, Randy specifically, is very knowledge and I can't answer any and all of your questions. Esther was very polite and the bar is the greatest touch you could have at a bike shop. Will be back many many times
Beautiful combination of a bike shop brewery and a pin pong table. Worth a visit and if you bring a bike your kids can even use the pump track.
Always a delight to visit
Took my mountain bike by to see about fixing or replacing a rear hub, Johnathan was able to get my bike on the stand when I dropped it off and ran through an inspection on the bike to determine what else it needed (which I had asked about). He had the bike fixed up, tuned up, and ready to roll in less than a week. Super cool shop and staff with a great stock of gear as well. This will definitely be my local go to shop for my bike.
Best bike shop in Greenville for Service, Advice, and Camaraderie. They serve an excellent and changing selection of beer, offering something for all tastes. They also serve wine, hard seltzer, and non alcoholic options. The Service team is able to quickly and accurately diagnose issues using proper troubleshooting techniques. They do not try to oversell unnecessary service or parts. They are also happy to provide advice on performing your own service or preventative maintenance. The staff mostly consists of people who love and live bikes. They are there because it is their passion, and not just a means to make a living. If you are new to the area or just looking for more riding buddies, spend some time at the bar and you will find what you need.
Although I had driven by it often, I had no idea that this place was more than a bike shop nor that they served beer. A friend suggested going there for an after work drink. It was kind of a weird vibe with bikes and beer, but the staff were very pleasant and the beer selection was pretty decent. Not a ton of choices, but enough variety to satisfy most palates. Since I’m not a trail bike person, I probably won’t be rushing back there, but if you want to have a nice beer with a different atmosphere, I’d suggest this place.
Most definitely the best mountain bike store and shop in the area. The bar staff are very helpful and informative about local trails. The food trucks that come by are great. The pump track is a great attraction as well.

Gary helped save my riding time with my kids! I stopped in when they opened on Saturday morning for some quick help with my son's derailleur. Beyond just fixing the issue, Gary did a quick tune-up of the brakes and the shifting and tightened the headset. Rides/shifts better than ever. We were able to get out riding that same day, as planned. Great shop that is clearly concerned about getting folks out riding. I bought a pump while I was there ... prices seemed very reasonable. Thanks Gary!!!
Super selection of beer, bikes, gear plus great service.
Hands down the best bike shop in Greenville
