I want to commend the Pink Mama's Ice Cream bus driver. I personally witnessed him stop his vehicle at a crosswalk at 385 and West Georgia Rd. He helped an elderly lady cross the street in heavy traffic, ignoring his own safety to do the right thing. The best part was when the elderly lady got to the other side of the road he handed her an ice cream sandwich, free of charge. Anyway, these guys exemplify what being a civil servant is all about!!! Please contact them when you have an event.

This shop’s truck almost killed me and my son today. I was waiting at Pelham to turn left onto Villa Rd. when the light turned yellow. The oncoming traffic was slowing, so I was about to make the turn when this truck came screaming through the light. It literally sped up when the light turned yellow, even though it should have been able to see I had already started the turn so that I had to slam on brakes. The light turned red before it even got into the intersection, so they clearly ran it. I was obviously already in the intersection and beginning my turn when the driver decided to floor it and run the red light. If I had a slower reaction time and had tried to complete my turn, that truck would have hit the passenger side of my car where my 10 year old was sitting. I would not trust these people to drive safely, around children especially, and this driver proves they are willing to break the law and endanger lives to save a few seconds of their time. DO NOT HIRE.

These cute young girls were working their butts off. They need some extra help when it gets busy. They did a great job, but other guests were being rude to them.

Update after reading store's reply: What's google reviews for than to express an opinion, so I'm happy to let my opinion be known (as you so generously pointed out). Your reply was passive aggressive and condescending, and that's unfortunate for Pickwick since you're affiliated with them. Since you touched on my boys' hotdog earing preferences, my boys eat Hebrews National or Nathan's, so I guess I could say whatever all beef franks you use are not as high quality as those. As far as bread, if Aldi bread is the softest you can find/provide, that's a bit hard to believe. As taste is subjective, it's okay for not everyone to think your soup is "the best." As far as decor, when we were there, it lacked any. No cones of any kind on display (like in FB video) countertops were cluttered with food and food containers, no decorative cups for ice cream, paper taped up as splash guards on milkshake machine, etc. Instead of just accepting the review as just that...a review. You just couldn't help but to clap back, very poor form as a business owner. Now, if my boys want ice cream, yours won't even be a consideration. Thanks for your reply, it just affirms what I already felt, so I'll just knock everything to 1 star. *From a visit several weeks ago* My boys loved the appeal/look of the countertop stools, etc. So they asked to get food and ice cream. Neither of them liked their hotdogs and actually threw them away. I ordered some bean soup, but couldn't finish it because all I tasted was black pepper. My boys said the ice cream was pretty good. **All the food items I saw sitting on the counter were Aldi brands. At least buy higher quality products to serve paying customers****Also, the setup looked nothing like it does on Facebook and the video that was made about the Pickwick location.

A must try ice-cream soda shop! Great service, food, & atmosphere. Some of their sandwich choices use Dukes spread & they have coneys! Homemade waffle cones & ice-cream they're famous for, along with seasonal flavors of premium Hershey's & fun "extreme sundaes" that are delish. All in vintage stool-twirling counter service.

I walked into the pink at Pickwick and it was truly amazing, it left such good 60s vibes and the customer Service was beyond incredible. The smiling faces of the two young adults behind the counter were more than happy to serve me my ice cream and my Chili dog with everything on it. The homemade chili was truly amazing and the Lord truly blessed whoever made it. A very clean and organized establishment. I will 100% return. This will probably turn into a weekly trip!

We are from Knoxville, TN and visited Travelers Rest/Greenville for a birthday weekend. Last night was our last night and we stopped by just before closing. I got the chocolate moose tracks (on bottom) and the White Chocolate Lavender (on top). I have NEVER had a better ice cream. The white Chocolate lavender has been on my mind the whole morning on my way back to Tennessee. I believe it is made by them and the same for the pink waffle cones. It is amazing.
