On recommendation of a friend, I stopped, and a found warm reception, and great middle eastern food. I had a plate that included beef shawarma, some falafel, hummus, a creamy cucumber salad, plus tomato + lettuce with a fresh baked pita. It was more than I could comfortably eat, so I took 1/2 a pita sandwich and my baklava along for a snack later.
I'll be back at the earliest opportunity.

Like everything today, over priced. Portion size is smaller. Best to go to the store side and cook your own at home

Clean and comfortable. The food is excellent. Falafalas excellent along with everything else on their menu. Known for their fresh pita bread daily and hummus which I never thought I would eat but theirs is delicious. Highly rated for food and service. A little bit confusing if you are a first time visitor but the staff is patient and very helpful explaining the menu. I recommend visiting around 1:30 pm or so as lunchtime is a madhouse. Also parking is easier mid afternoon. They don't accept credit cards.

It is an order at the counter place. They do not take any credit or debit cards, so bring cash. They provide tahini and hot sauce. The hot sauce is medium spice but very good. My daughter had a Gyro pita. It was pretty big and came with layd potato chips. She said it was fresh and really tasty. I had a beed schwarma plate. It came with pita, beef swama over lettuce, a tahini salad, and some veggies. The plat was basically a make your own pitta which I was not expecting. The food quality is really good and the food is authentic. I would definatley recommend you check it out.

Took us way to long to visit here after multiple friends have recommended it over the years. The staff was amazingly friendly. Food though, delicious! Homemade pita - amazing, falafel- best ever, gyro meat - delicious, hummus - probably best I have ever had, chicken - tasty, but a little dry, but still good. Baklava - sooooooo good. Now a cant miss spot for our family

Gem of the area! Make sure you get the lamb kabobs, gyro sandwich, and the pistachio baklava. These are our go-tos here. Firas and all the staff are always so polite and friendly. Dont forget..your frozen pitas and they are a cash only business!

10/10. I'm from Detroit and I know it is very hard to find solid middle-eastern food outside the state. This clears the bar and then some. Perfect pita, amazing hummus, plates are tasty.
The cash only is a little awkward, but there is an ATM next door so you can get around it easy.
Try it, you won't regret it.

It's so hard to express how much I enjoy Pita House. I've been eating there since the 90's and it's always incredible food at a reasonable price.

Our go to place for outstanding Middle Eastern food! We try to stop by at least once a week, and would certainly recommend The Pita House to anyone wanting to satisfy their gyro fix✌️
