I’ve been wanting to try this place so badly and the one time I finally arrive, there’s a written note on the door “Will be back shortly” No estimated time of when the worker would return, nothing. This is very unprofessional, I’ve worked for places that would fire employees if they closed the store during business hours like that. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to try the smoothies, and I will never return again because there’s no guarantee that once I drive all that way, they’ll even be open. There are plenty of smoothie places in this area I will indefinitely take my business elsewhere.

Let me start saying this was my favorite smoothie place when I was in my 20s. I decided to drive because I was near and I always liked the smoothies here. Now I walked in and nobody agreed me. I’m not expecting any type of acknowledgement but as a customer is always nice to be welcomed. I stood at the front for at least 5 mins and the person in front of the register didn’t even looked at me, finished what she was doing and leave and the Second Lady comes and didn’t say anything other than “what can I get you” First Lady prints my receipt and didn’t even hand it to me. Besides the rude or nonchalant employees, the place was dirty.

However MY ORDER came out perfect! I still love it! Just please improve the customer service here.

The place had such a good vibe to it, and I got treated with the most amazing service I had gotten in a while. his name was jake, and the smoothie i got was so delightful and good. I will most definitely recommend it to my friends and family 10 out10. Thanks for the outstanding service, Jake.

i came here for the first time not too long ago and this nice young man named jake was very patient and friendly. He navigated me through the menu and helped me pick out the dragon fruit lemon splash, he was very quick and efficient and the drink was fantastic.Ten out of ten i will be coming back good job jake.

The reviews about horrible customer service are spot on. The lady that was working there appeared to have no interest in even being there. I was the only person there and stood at the counter for a few minutes before she got off her phone and actually took my order.
To add to the suffering, I found a long hair in my bowl. Definitely wouldn’t go here.

While I refrain from writing reviews, the level of poor customer service I encountered at Planet Smoothie compels me to share my experience.

Upon entering, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the young woman behind the counter. She appeared visibly irritated by the simple task of taking my order and responded to questions with curt, one-word answers accompanied by eye rolls. Her demeanor was not only dismissive but also highly unprofessional.When I respectfully asked to speak with a manager due to her inappropriate behavior, she claimed to be the manager herself.

My experience was wholly unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Greenville location and will take all of my customer catering elsewhere. I encourage Planet Smoothie to re-evaluate their hiring and provide proper training to ensure staff deliver an appropriate customer service experience.

This place is a joke !!! Stood there alone with no one to provide any service for a while. Someone finally comes out of the back… seems nice enough. Unfortunately, she didn’t know enough about the menu to help me. I finally chose a smoothie and the only ingredients were , blue berries , raspberries , strawberries and orange juice. I only saw her put in ice and some nasty looking slush. I never saw any fresh fruit. Then … oh but then I saw her pumping some clear liquid in the blender. I asked what it was and she replied
“ sugar water “ . I said “ sugar water “. She said “ yes, sorry about that .” Continued to blend then served it to me. It was the nastiest smoothie I have ever drank. It tasted so fake and processed. Nothing fresh or good about it. I wasted $9.00 on what really taste like a frothy Splenda drink. Gross. Will not be back.

Worst customer service I have experienced ever. Only thing said to us was 'we're only taking card payment'... Ordered a large smoothie and was made three times over, waited about ten minutes for it and it was only three quarters full.... And it didn't taste good. Won't be coming back here ever!! No apologies needed planet smoothie for the bad experience.

I stopped there on 12/9/24. The store opened at 7am I was there at 7:03 AM. Employee saw me standing outside but she never acknowledged me. She act like I wasn’t out there. The employee was a young African American woman. She never said wait I’m coming. She just let me stand there until I got in my car. I don’t appreciate how she treated me. I will not return until you get better service.

Was really disappointed to go for a smoothie today (Saturday) at 10:15 and see you closed with no sign explaining. I do enjoy the drinks when i can get them, even though i feel they are priced high. So 3 stars for mixed feelings.
