Planet Smoothie Haywood Mall Greenville, SC- 3/16/24 While waiting on my smoothie which was a long time, a guy worker comes in with a shake of his own and begins rolling dough for the pretzels. He put gloves on but would pick up his drink and take a sip and start rolling again. ***Then he takes his phone out of his pocket with his gloves on, looks at it and sets it down next to the dough and begins rolling it again with the same gloves!!!!I could not believe what I was seeing!! I had to wait 15 min for my smoothie because no one was available to make any and people lining up behind me. Once a few girls came in, we finally were able to get our smoothies and let's just say no courtesy. The older cashier was very nice and has etiquette, I feel sorry that she has to work with these young teenagers who don't care about their job!

Just discovered Planet Smoothie up the road from where I work about 2 months ago. It's now a staple 2-3x a week. Always a great smoothie, but not always an enthusiastic staff. They've never been rude, per se, but sometimes I say more in an order than they do my entire visit.
