I met my brother and sister for lunch. I had not eaten here before, but I like poke. I was surprised that, at lunchtime, we were the only customers, which concerned me. Nevertheless, we had varied (SO many choices!) and tasty meals. I will definitely return.

Bad fish, our Ahi was brown instead of pink! The bowl was so small, skimping on the toppings and there were 5 small pieces of mango for the additional $1.50 charge.
So disappointing because we’ve been ordering from the W. O. Ezell Blvd location and have been obsessed, Uber Eats made us order from this location since we moved further away and it’s just not the same at all.

Edited in 2025. We used to eat here a good bit. Doesn't seem very busy anymore and I can see why. Ordered to go. Went inside to pick up. No one seemed to be there, our food just sitting behind the counter. Should have checked it. Got home and meal had many ingredients we didn't order. Unfortunately my wife has allergies so she couldn't eat it. Mine also had other things, but I have no allergies so I was going to eat it anyway. Fish did not taste good or fresh. I spit it out. $40 down the drain because the online order has no way to give feedback and I'm not bothering driving back. Wouldn't go again. ... Fast and fresh. Good flavor and easily customizable.
Dietary restrictions: A lot of items are labeled gluten free, which is great but if you order take out be sure to check your food before leaving.

Had about 8 pieces of fish in my 15 dollar poke bowl. One scoop of rice. food was ok but tiny portion size. Other locations are better.

Food is great, albeit a little expensive. Staff are kind, but not very conversational. Dining room is clean, but they only have stools to sit, and long narrow tables that are not big enough to be comfortable for groups of more than two or three.
I've been to several Polk Brothers locations. This one was close to my hotel so I decided to try it. The store was a bit dirty and had boxed and a.gym bag behind the counter. The food add-in bins were very sparse and some items did not look fresh so I passed on them. The employee who waited on me was very friendly. I think next time I'm in town I will go to the Polk Bros in Easley. I have always been very impressed with the owners and store cleanliness.

Again, why under-serve me when the fish has been sitting out there for hours and rice probably costs 50 cents to make. Absolute joke.
And the service, my man, why try to rush me out that door when it's slow? Haha, nobody else was there.
