I came to try some new and it was a bad idea i order some of the mozzarella balls and they didn’t have them and didn’t tell me so i had to wait more then 10 min for them.also ordered a cold cappuccino I think and that was so water down it was not good and charged me almost 20 just for some nasty salty oily mozzarella balls and a water down coffee worst experience ever. I don’t recommend you going here.also I found a hair in the mozzarella balls If I could give it a 0 stars I would ?♂️?♂️

My grandmother and I decided to stop at Pretzel Maker for a the same thing we ordered a few days prior(We always come when I visit SC) which was a pretzel and LG raspberry lemonade drink. My grandmother gave the cashier a coupon that clearly said it waa to be used at ANY location it is acceptable. Both cashiers were going back and forth telling my grandmother she had to order her pretzel online when it clearly said it could be used at a physical location. After we ordered the pretzel I asked if I could order my LG raspberry lemonade drink after I went to sit down I sipped the drink which was not raspberry at all my grandmother even had a sip and said it didnt taste like raspberry at all. After I told the other cashier that took the orginals place she told me that was raspberry, the drink actually tasted like the raspberry jolly rancher drink that was on another coupon for Pretzel maker instead of just replacing the drink(which all I wanted was a replacement not a refund) she decided to continue going back and forth with me over a LG drink that I paid for! For their rude customer service (because clearly she was too busy on the phone to have decent customer service to do her job.) I will be calling corporate to report this and Pretzel Maker has lost two loyal customers. They clearly disregarded us about the pretzel coupon and my drink I'm very disappointed.

This place is great! I always see them and smell the warm pretzels as I walked by and decided to try them today, the Parmesan Pretzel bites were amazing! I loved them and definitely plan on returning soon!

Pretzels were warm and fresh. We had the 8 piece mozzarella bites. They were great. Did not have to wait to long for then to heat them up.
