Busy when I visited for lunch. Quick and polite service. Ordered from the lunch menu and was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Stopped in before a movie for some appetizers and beer, so glad we did! The guacamole and salsa bar sauces were amazing, and the bean dip was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Service was friendly and fast. Definitely coming back!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant. When we walked in, we were met by (what I assume was) the owner, who was sitting at a table on his phone. We stood there for about 30 seconds before even being acknowledged, and were simply told to pick a seat.

After sitting for nearly 10 minutes, we had to ask for chips. When it came time to order, our server struggled to understand us — and even with translation help, our food orders still came out wrong, more than once. When we explained the issue to the owner, his response was basically, “Just eat it, I’ll charge you for what you ordered.” Not exactly helpful.

To make things worse, I sat for about 10 minutes after finishing my food with no drink, no refills, no box, and no check. Eventually, we had to walk up front just to pay.

The whole experience honestly felt like a prank. Poor service from start to finish, and I’m shocked they’re still in business. The food wasn’t anything spectacular either. Definitely would not recommend.

From the moment we sat down, we were off to a rocky start. Our server didn’t seem to understand either English or Spanish. We were never brought the chips and salsa that are typically given at this Mexican restaurant.

The service was lacking. Our server didn’t check in on us at all, never offered refills, and didn’t ask if we needed anything else. It seemed like we were pretty much forgotten after our food was delivered.

As a customer, I expect a more attentive and professional level of service. It was clear that better training for the staff is needed.

Stopped in for a late lunch and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We weren’t given chips unless we specifically asked, and no drink refills were offered at any point. Our order was incorrect when it arrived, and no to-go boxes were provided. After finishing, we sat for a very long time waiting for the check before finally giving up and going to the front to pay ourselves. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm, and the service overall felt unfriendly. On top of that, our waitress struggled with English, which made communication difficult.

One of the worst Mexican restaurants in Greenville. Terrible lunch experience. The salsa bar was not “fresh” so much so I had to spit “the dip” out of my mouth. The enchiladas verde had zero taste and had the texture of mush. The “manager” could not of cared to rectify/apologize for the situation. Go to Molinas or any other Mexican restaurant.

Very friendly service from my waiter, excellent jalapeño margaritas and really excellent chicken, steak and shrimp nachos!! Very fresh, cooked perfectly too. I'll definitely be back! I also added cheese sauce and took most of the HUGE portions home. All for $38. And worth every penny!!

Went in the other day. Before ordering, 2 of us in our party went in the women’s restroom to wash our hands. Soap dispenser was empty. Not even a drop…just completely dry. Kind of grossed us out because we wondered where the female staff were washing their hands after using the restroom. They didn’t seem too concerned when we told them there wasn’t any soap. We didn’t order food. We left.

Food here is so good and at 1 point this was my favorite place to eat but visited today and the portions have drastically reduced and not sure what dip that was that came with my chip but definitely not bean dip

I live close by so we always eat here. I always order the three shrimp tacos with rice and beans and it’s ALWAYS good. The people I’ve eaten with try different dishes all the time and it’s a hit or miss they say. Sometimes very good and sometimes not so good. Ive read some of the other reviews and it’s true what some people say that the staff are all usually sitting at a table on their phones and not paying attention, but I’ve always had good service every time I’ve been regardless of that. We come here a couple times a month and I’ve never had a bad experience
