My first time ever trying this place, and I was blown away. I opted for a tiramisu latte and it was absolutely divine, as well as the khaliat nahl I think it's called (it's a pastry with cream cheese on the inside with a light honey coating on the outside). The inside of the place looks luxurious with nice lighting and seating and I was not disappointed at all. I'm excited to come back and try other beverages and pastries on the menu.

This was my first visit and I absolutely loved it! I had the Palace latte (half sweet) and it was perfect with all those feel good spices I adore. I paired it with the brownie. Let me tell you... It was so decadent, rich, and crunchy/nutty due to the kadayif. I also bought the bee bites to go. This is a yeast bread with cheese inside. As it was explained to me, you warm it up and drizzle honey over it before eating. This will be my breakfast! I will definitely be back!!!

The drinks + pastries are well worth the price and the usual line. A couple of friends and I come here every now and then and we have never had a bad experience. Their matcha is FIRE!!!! and I highly recommend the San Sebastián cheesecake and Dubai brownie.

Such a cool new place! Glad to have them here in Greenville. Had the Qishir (a drink made from the coffee cherry) and carrot cake - highly recommend!

I appreciate the close attention to detail Qahwah Palace has. From the upscale interior design to the vibrant murals, there’s a lot of space suitable for any type of coffee hang out (studying, large group, etc.).

I had their mofowar at the West End Social, and was so impressed. We have now been to their physical location three times and love the service and the food/drink.

The drinks I've had have all been good, the service is always great, and there is plenty of seating throughout the store, including study rooms in the basement.

Do not waste your time here….I am not sure what all these high reviews are for, I guess people like drinking awful coffee. I had the Arabic, and a double espresso. Absolutely watery and disgusting Arabic coffee. The espresso was so acidic and tasted like there was literally gasoline in it. They clearly do not use the right beans and clearly have an extremely weak roast for the Arabic coffee. Espresso shouldn’t taste like this if especially if you’re marketing yourself as a specialty coffee house. Disgusting. Also, I had an almond croissant or what was trying to be at least, and it was clearly frozen and tasted like it was old. The cheesecake tasted like store-bought New York cheesecake that you get from the grocery store in which they added some kind of plant whipped cream and two blueberries for decoration. All of this costing me about 20 something dollars. Absolutely overpriced disgusting food.
People come here for the Instagram vibe and for the atmosphere, but the actual quality of the product is not even close to acceptable. I am Middle Eastern and this is honestly a slap in the face to our cultures.

This place is awesome. Wish they would consider a QR code with menu details. People hold up the line asking so many questions because there are no descriptions.
I debated how many stars to give for a while but after much deliberation 3/5 seems fair.
Although the service and atmosphere is excellent, the coffee and desserts are just average. As a coffee connoisseur it's not better nor worse than your average coffee shop in Greenville. There's maybe at best 2 coffee shops I can reliable recommend to people here, that would be coffee underground and Tselia.
The atmosphere and service are carrying here very hard, which is a good thing. It's a different environment and if you are not comfortable with other cultures it may be a bit surprising at first, but everyone is nice and friendly and the service is excellent. Their is also ample interior space in the back even though the storefront looks small.
Although this is a characteristic of coffee beans from Yemen, it's a strong acquired taste, as if someone put lavender into everything, earthy, flowery, but also on the dark roast bitter side.
We ordered Turkish, which I know how to make myself very well, and this bean choice is completely unacceptable for it. Anyone who drinks Turkish coffee knows that it requires a particular bean and roast as well as an ultra fine grind.
We also got a Nutella latte which was sweet and tasted of chocolate but none of the signature Nutella flavor. Not sure what's there.
The tiramisu latte was... interesting. It had an actual piece of cake in there. An odd choice but interesting.
Over all, I think some will love it, some will not. Hence the 3/5. Try it for yourself.
