I was here yesterday 3/22/25. I went to dinner with my mother. Im not going to write a long review. However, the food was ok. The lobster tail had no seasoning it was like eating rubber. I took one bite and spit it in a napkin. A few hours later I started having bad stomach pains/stomach cramps. I'm not saying I had food poisoning, but I certainly will not eat at any red lobster establishment again.

Horrible experience. The service was subpar at best. The food was rubbery, cold and the snow crab had little to no meat in some and others tasted off. When brought to manager Wendy’s attention, she was rude and verbally aggressive. 2 items were replaced but the lobster tail tasted reheated and super rubbery. Out of our party of 4 only 1 person (my youngest) actually got to eat dinner. The only part of my dinner that was good was my fruit punch. I don’t recommend eating here. Our waitress barely checked in on us. I would recommend crab du jour over red lobster, service and food has gone down.

Out of all this, they offered a $50 gift card for a company that I will not return to. The resolution was a $50 cash refund on a $137.48 check that well over 50% of the food did not get consumed. Both adults are nauseous already from the food.

1 star is overrated for this experience.

The Mahi Mahi portion was more like a kid size. The selection of the sides were extremely limited unless you upgrade and pay more. The Crab legs were more like crab babies and hardly any meat in them and the smallest section of the tool they gave you to crack them was too big for it. The service was almost not there. The entire experience was an expensive mistake both in terms of money and time. The restaurant is outdated.

Horrible experience.

First crab soup came cold in a small cup.

Ordered 2 lobster tails, shrimp that was suppose to come with cocktail sauce but never came and coconut shrimp with a coconut sauce with no flavor but coconut cream. Mash potatoes came ice cold.

Drinks were watered down like really bad no alcohol to it. Worst margaritas and Long Island I ever had.

So worst part I told the manager and she never apologized and took off our 6 dollar soup and a drink.

If our experience was so bad we should have been comped more. Her attitude and cold food was a bad combo.

Never again!!!

Never tried the food, but what I will say about theory hiring process is that they'll have you sitting for a hour before you're able to be talked too ‐- this happened over two occasions.

Wasted time.

Food was horrible! Fish had a fishy taste as if it was spoiled! Salad had something on it that they claim to be tomatoes! Very disappointing! If you’re going to charge the prices that you charge at least make it worthwhile! One of the managers was even berating a member of the staff on the floor! That’s definitely unprofessional!

I had not been to a Red Lobster in several years. The food didn't taste very good, and the presentation was poor. The service was okay, not bad, but nothing special.

I placed an online order. The dragon fruit shrimp were kinda dry due to them not having sauce on them. My Alfredo was dry it just tasted like butter and noodles and my stuffed mushroom weren't stuffed!! We did not get biscuits. I called and the manager was very argumentative. I never call or complain about my food. But if I call and I'm polite and explain the problem, I expect a solution not a argument. Result? She said she might call me back nothing was ever resolved.

I’m not usually one to write a bad review but this dining experience was pretty bad. We came into the Greenville, Tx location of Red Lobster on our way home from traveling, and were excited to stop and eat at one of our favorite chain restaurants. Upon arrival we waited for about ten minutes in the empty lobby, we were then seated and told sorry that the hostess called out so not mad there. But after being seated the server (a male, late thirties-mid forties) kneeled to our table put his pad on the table and asked us what our drink order would be, a little thrown off by the nonchalantness of this we told him, he then proceeded to ask us what appetizer we were going to have, we told him we were okay with just the bread to which he ignored and said “no are you sure look here at this, brand new appetizer, choice of 3 or 6” we reassured him that we were good, he asked if we were ready to order, to which we said yes. My partner got the “ultimate feast” and he told the server which sides he wanted; we received the entrees and figured the sides were coming out soon, but after 15 minutes of not being checked on we started to doubt this. Finally out server made his way over and we asked him if the sides were coming out to which he replied “what sides” we told him what we were missing and he disappeared for another 10 minutes. Once he came back out he dropped one of our sides on the table with such force that the rice spilled onto part of the table, to which he did not apologize or acknowledge . The other side we wanted (hushpuppies) stopped being served earlier and so he improvised by choosing the replacement side for us (fries, which neither of us were particularly happy to receive) We ate the rest of our food, and were ready to just leave, we waited for about twenty minutes, I wish I was exaggerating, but I had so much time that I was able to pre-bus the entire table, and still have to scroll on my phone waiting. Finally we saw him come from outside, he made his way over to our table, reeking of cigarette smoke, and asked us what we were going to get for dessert, when we told him we were good, he again pressed and asked if we were sure. We told him we were ready for the checks. Which thankfully he got to us pretty quickly, but upon receiving the checks he lingered at the table right behind us, which gave no privacy to us whatsoever. I did tip him bc I was raised that way, but I did feel thrown off by him doing this. Once we left, my partner called the restaurant and the manager (Emily) did handle the situation by offering us a ten dollar discount for our next meal at their location, which we won’t be able to use but it was the thought and professionalism that counted, which our server seemed to severely be lacking.
