The place is dirty! Menus, floors, tables, and bathroom.

Bad smell right when we walked in to the place. The table that was given to us wasn’t cleaned right, leftover food on the floor. We moved to the next table, bad smell was unbearable. We asked our waiter to move us. Waiter was in rush to take order not friendly at all. She said no right away. Manager told us that we can move. We moved the stuff by ourselves and food was served.
Afterwards, no one checked on us after food was served. Waiter just put the food on the table and left.
Food - we didn’t like it. Would better off making at home. Spent $44 on two burgers.
We have been to this place multiple times with family ( 10 ppl ) never had this experience. Definitely not going again….

Restaurant was semi clean, the wait staff was learning and pretty prompt. However short staffed cooking stuff needed help as well as not having enough clean utensils so they have to give you a plastic ware. Last but not least, it took 40 minutes to get our meal. And they could only give us a 25% discount. :(

Bad service, bad food…if you’re having Donatos…don’t. It’s frozen. Waited over 10 mins at the podium for a seat in an empty restaurant. Tables sticky, windows looked like my dog licked em. The computers they order on looked like a 5 year old with a sinus infection blew snot on them. Didn’t see a single soul wash hands, clean, or use sanitizer. The plates came out with the little Parmesan box on it…the residue ring of grease left of the plate after we lifted it…NASTY. Hate to see an inspector at this place with the ratings he would leave if I saw this much.

The food was very good. We had the Fish and Chips with the Onion Rings as the Appetizer, and the staff was on point. Appetizer came out the same time as meals, so they Comp the Appetizer. Will go back. It had been about 20 years since we had been there.

I came here a few years ago and loved it somehow the quality of the food has decreased so much I got appetizer of boneless, which is pretty decent to say and two burger trays my burger tasted like the meat was from Aldi the burger that my lady had looked like a flimsy one they were tasteless and the buns also tasted like great value meal

Really bad service, maybe the guy was having a bad day which is understandable… life happens… the host was nice and professional. I saw Managers walking around but a lot of tables with dirty dishes.
The food was incredible, worth the wait! We will be back and l’ll try to update this review.
