Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Had never been to Red Robin until today and absolutely loved it. Our server Ky was awesome! Everything came out fresh and tasted great!

We got the salsa and guac app. The salsa was smokey with no spice and the guac was just salty. My wife ordered a cheeseburger no mayo, bun not toasted with a children's patty and bottomless fries. Her meal came out correctly. I ordered the Smashed avocado n' bacon with no mayo, add pickles and grilled onions. The burger cane out without the lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions. Our server was great and brought it back. It was brought back out correctly with an apology and a reason. They were training a new cook. I realized, then, that they had given me a children's patty on the first burger.
All came out correctly in the end. We were sat in the bar area. It was freezing. Felt like there was a draft coming straight from the window.
We normally have no issues aside from the loud noise. It's just how it is there. We'll be back.

I love it here cuz I got celiac disease and it's a place with celiac friendly food and Celiac friendly bread for the burgers. So thank you so much.

This place has amazing food. Everything was got was not only delicious but hot and fresh tasting. KY our server took great care of us. He kept out drinks filled checked often to see if we needed anything. He was very pleasant. This was our first experience at Red Robin wished you all would come to Waynesville NC.

Everything was good—food, service—until the end. You have to pay your bill on a payment device, and it was nasty 😒 Fingerprints and dried food were all over it. Yuk, not very sanitary.

Decent place to get a burger. While I wasn't thrilled with the burger that came with cheese sauce for dipping, everything else was delicious! We had a group of 7 on a Saturday and were sat relatively quickly. And let's be honest... you can't beat those bottomless sides!!

I had an amazing experience at this Red Robin location, I was served by KY. He did a fantastic job making sure everything was satisfactory. Will be sure to come back and ask for his section again.

Placed my order at 9pm online & says it will be complete by 916pm. I walk into establishment patiently wait 6 mins before asking Bree, one of the multiple people who kept walking by, if they could help me. She responded with an attitude saying it’s the night before Thanksgiving, it’s simply a pizza & they are getting to it. Not my fault by a means as I was very patient. Attitude was totally uncalled for. It really pissed me off tbh. To be so rude and frank when the pizza was mediocre is absurd. Advertised as donatos but far from the original.

Ky was our server and let me tell you, his enthusiasm made this trip 100% worth it. As it was our first time here. The food was absolutely wonderful and came out pretty fast. So if you decide to give this place a try, its a must & ask for Ky, I promise you will LOVE him!! We will most definitely be back.

Always love coming here! It’s about an hour drive from us but they always make it worth it! KY was our server tonight and he had an amazing personality and did an amazing job taking care of us. Our cups were always full and he constantly made sure everything was good.

I went to Red Robin and Ky took care of us honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Super professional, friendly, and his vibe is just amazing. If you come to Red Robin, ask for Ky. This guy makes the whole experience 10/10. 🙌🔥
