I have been to Red Robin many times but this time was something else. Are server well we should hear him and when I went to the bathroom I saw a fly!! And I think I saw a man go into the girls bathroom!!!!!!

My husband and I went on 2/21 to the Greenville location. Terrible service, terrible waitress, never got my food. The bad part was the metal/foil that was the size of a nickel in my drink that the manager said came from the top of a liquor bottle. The particles I ingested from drinking with a straw have caused gastro issues ever since. I escalated a complaint to corporate who got risk management involved. My claim was escalated to insurance claims. They offered me $350 gift card to go back somewhere that literally harmed me. We would never go back to such a poor managed establishment much less the insult of an offer by ingesting something foreign to my body. No thank you. DHEC has been called & speaking to our lawyer this afternoon. The restaurant brushed it off as unimportant and now claims is doing the same. Not acceptable.

Burgers were expensive had to pay 2.99 extra for a said it was supposed to be bottomless side never asked us if we wanted more,my hamburger bun was hard,will not be back.

Remember when Red Robin was great? Me too. That was a long time ago. When here during a weekday, not many customers there, yet every single part of the dining experience took longer than it should have.

How many times did we get asked if we would like one of their "famous bottomless sides"? You guessed correctly. Zero. It is a marketing ploy to add a sense of value to an overpriced product. They never once asked or came back to the table until the entire meal was over.

The burger was cold, the fries were over-seasoned, and the kid's meal that our daughter had to endure tasted like microwaved chicken. After tasting it, we knew that we had made a terrible mistake.

Don't let this happen to you. Think twice.

First time at Red Robin, server was delightful at first. Then My order came undercooked and it took over 25 min to have it remade. While waiting for the remake our server Ja-mail / Jamai asked if people needed to-go boxes while we were v much just beginning to eat and waiting for my remake. He followed up with “cuz y’all look like …” “y’all thinking of desert?” A very awkward place to be it made me very uncomfortable. Our plates were mostly empty to begin with and we had to ask for more fries for one of our meals, which took another 10min to come out. My burger (the remake) still came out wrong (not well done as asked) and without the sauce.
8 minutes after receiving the burger he came back with the bill which he made it very known what we were paying for and said “ yeah that’s how much it’s gonna be”
Saying he toke off the remake yet - it was still on the bill. When asked about why the burger was still on the bill and not off the bill as he mentioned he said he had it taken off, he was talking about how he had to ring it in twice for the kitchen to remake it and he toke it off the second time so we wouldn’t pay for it twice.

As someone who works in the food industry I would not rush customers to eat when waiting for a remake on the table. I would not rush or make remarks of how “we look ready” or not and I definitely wouldn’t tell a customer they aren’t paying for something they did. Very disappointed in this experience.

This is the second time we've had a bad experience here .we went this Sunday for my daughter's 6th birthday they were 11 of us. Service was extremely slow we were there for more than 2 hours just for hamburgers the waiter never came back and refilled any drinks. He messed up my order twice I ordered a Whiskey River crispy chicken sandwich. The first time he brought it out it was a wrap. The second time he brought it out he brought out a grilled sandwich. He knew it was the wrong sandwiches is he brought it to the table. He said to me you're going to hate me but they made it grilled not crispy. Mind you by this time everybody has already eaten so I said whatever I only ate half of my sandwich because this is not what I ordered I was extremely upset. By this time about one and a half hours has passed. We tried to get my daughter a birthday ice cream which took more than 20 minutes to get so we ended up just leaving he brought it out all melted as we were leaving out the door. He charged me for my two messed up sandwiches on the bill mind you our bill was over 200. He never comped my sandwiches that were messed up and that I did not eat . I'm not a confrontational person so I assume others should have taken the time to known and understand their surrounding situations . They were not that busy as it was about five on a Sunday. the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty with spit on the walls by the urinal which look like it had blood in it. The floors were extremely greasy and slippery to the point where we couldn't even keep our tables to stay put. this was a complete disgusting and bad experience. I cannot recommend this place to anybody

the waiter literally acted like he’d never heard of a vegetarian before when i asked for a salad without chicken. granted, it’s not necessarily a vegetarian place but i’m the only vegetarian in my family and they wanted to go. he treated me very weirdly and provided bad service and we had to ask for refills after quite a long time of having food. he told me he wasn’t sure if they could “do a salad without chicken.”

Someone needs to fix slippery floor issue I come here all the time and floor is almost like grease or something because litterly slide every step it’s very dangerous and told server he said he would let manager know but this has been issue for months now surprised haven’t got a lawsuit yet please fix before the happens

walked into an almost empty restaurant around dinner time, waited probably 10 minutes before a hostess sat or spoke to us —mind you there was about ten waiters/waitresses just staring at us. got seated, nobody else spoke to us for 10 more minutes. decided to just get up and leave because of the terrible service.

Don’t usually leave negative reviews but this was an awful experience. Not sure if they are short staffed. Took our order without a notepad and inputted it wrong. Got charged for a side we didn’t order. Our food was sitting on the shelf for at least 10 minutes as it was warm when it came out. Neither of us were given cutlery. Asked for napkins, to which the waitress said yes and then she never brought any. Never was offered bottomless side. Extremely disappointing visit.
