We were thrilled to visit this place during some rainy weather. It was a slower day, which worked out perfectly as we had plenty of time to enjoy some video games, pretzels, and great beers without feeling rushed.

Super disappointed to be making this review, since my husband and I have been coming to this taproom since it was previously known as Redd's. TLDR: My car was hit in Taproom parking lot, we know who did it and asked for the help of Taproom owner and staff to get the driver's last name and insurance information, since he fled. The bartender working the night of the incident did her best, owner was less than helpful the day after, and they have been noncooperative since. Repairs are coming out of my pocket because they refused to do what's right.
On January 19th, my car was hit in the parking lot of Traveler's Taproom. The man who hit it left without providing any contact or insurance information. We had a description of the truck and the man's first name. Prior to hitting my car, he had said that he was friends with specific employees of Taproom. When I went back into the building to report it, I provided my information, and any information of the guy. Tonya, the bartender working that night, was very helpful and tried getting ahold of the owners to get security videos but was unable to. I declined to file a police report - which is 100% a poor choice on my behalf, but with Tonya's cooperation and the information we had, I figured we could easily get the information needed and get it filed through insurance. That wasn't the case. The next morning I got a phone call from the owner, Jerry, apologizing, clearly to get a feel of how upset I was about it. I relayed the information about the guy again, he'd automatically assumed I would file the accident as uninsured. I asked for copies of security footage, which he did not provide and claimed the angles of the camera doesn't include that part of the parking lot. I asked him to provide his employee who is friends with the patron with my information, or ask his employee to gather the guy's information. I was met with a lack of empathy and cooperation and after that phone call, I got radio silence. I went back to the taproom the next day to see if they'd gathered any information and make sure my contact info for the owner was correct and pleaded for their help to get this man's info. Again, was met with vague, less than helpful answers, and no follow up. I'm now without a car for what'll be the 3rd week in a row because it's been in the shop needing repairs, out of my own pocket because they would rather save their tails and help a friend who recklessly hit a car than a long time patron. Steve and Tonya were always great when we saw them at the Taproom, and I don't have any problems with them specifically. But I'm super disappointed with the lack of accountability the rest of Taproom staff took to provide information on the man who hit my car, even after multiple follow ups. I should've filed a police report, for sure, and I don't expect them to do in depth investigating, but their inability to even try, and assume I'd file uninsured because they wouldn't help get the information was super frustrating. I won't be going back as long as they're under same ownership and management.

Great neighborhood bar and dog friendly! Staff is always helpful and welcoming. They also have a great curated wine selection with bottles you won’t find in supermarkets nearby.

First visit last week. May be the last, unfortunately. Great place, wonderful selection of brews on tap, absolutely loved the overall atmosphere and comfortable seating arrangements throughout the place. It's big inside with great art on the walls. What made it bad was one patron came in with two young dogs that would NOT stop barking. I understand dog-friendly, but management has to take a stand when other patrons cannot even hold a conversation because of the inconsiderate behavior of a pet owner. There is an outdoor patio... Perhaps that would have been a suggestion for the barking dogs owner?
