Rick Erwin's West End Grille

The dinner and service were spectacular!!! Great date night dinner!!! We had drinks at the bar prior which was the exact opposite. We felt ignored bartenders didn't strike up conversation nor did they refill our waters or drinks unless we asked. So glad the dining was exceptional.

This was the best meal my husband and I have ever had. Our server, Kevin, was excellent and we also met Mr. Erwin. I can not speak more highly of this restaurant. Thank you -

our waiter was attentive and fantastic, made suggestions, as it was our first time there. He help us navigate the menu and made great suggestions for my husbands birthday. Even though we were clearly underdressed, he treated us with respect and gave us the attention we deserved. We would definitely dine there again.

Came down from Annapolis, made recommendations based on friends past experience. Rick Erwin's did not disappoint!

Server must have forgot to put in our entree after appetizers. Took almost an hour later to get the entree and we had to ask twice. After finally getting it we had to rush through eating to make it to our show. Arrived at 5:30 with a show at 8:00 and had to hurry to get there. Shame we didn't get to really enjoy the food because the food there is great. To be fair, this isn't the usual experience. Most every other time it was fantastic.

Ordered Italian sausage and rigatoni - food was warm and only2 small (1”) pieces of sausage. Waiter brought out a 2nd meal. If was hot but again only 2 small pieces of sausage. Waiter did comp meal. Spouse's meal was warm, not hot. Waiter, Raymond, was very cordial and accommodating when available. Very disappointed experience.

We had a window table that was very nice, however there was constant air blowing on me and I forgot to bring a wrap or jacket. That is my only complaint.

Zach and Preston were both great. Preston gave really good recommendations and was a charismatic waiter.

Wonderful meal. Delightful staff and delicious experience. It couldn't have been better. Can't wait to return.

The best service, incredible food, the wagyu was perfect and worth every cent. They even celebrated our anniversary with us with sparklers and a delicious crème brûlée! 11/10

Overall, a very nice dining experience. Excellent service and food. Would have liked a slower pace. We were a party of 4, had 2 appetizers, drinks and entrees; and we were out of there in 1 1/2 hours. Another 1/2 hour would have been better. Still, a great fine dining experience in Greenville.

Best ever, Aaron was fantastic and super classy meeting Mr Erwin who met our son who just joined the GV SWAMP Rabbits Hockey Team. We'll be back.

Started out with a drink at the bar. The bartenders were so friendly and made the best slightly dirty vodka martinis!! Our service at the table from Thomas was excellent! Really enjoyed the cornbread. Yummy She Crab soup and delicious swordfish. Can't wait to go back.

Excellent meal and outstanding service. Surf and turf was the best ever. Don't forget the Keylime pie!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! Everyone on staff went above and beyond to make our son feel celebrated on his 15th birthday. Our food was delicious and our waiter was knowledgeable and fun. 5 Star experience.
