Always a great experience here at Rita's. Very little wait, friendly staff, and awesome custard and Ices, or BOTH ! While all selections are good my favorite is the Mango Ice. Go pay them a visit.

Stopped by so excited to see the first Rita's since moving here. Moved here from an area that has Rita's on every block. Autumn was the person who took "care" of us, and not to sound dramatic, but she was the rudest person I've encountered since moving here. Said hello, nothing. Asked her how she was, nothing. Said thank you for a sample, nothing. I would genuinely try to chalk this up to someone having a bad day, but no matter what if you are in the face of customers there is no reason to act that rude. In addition, the location really only had fruity flavors available. The only non fruity flavors were vanilla and cotton candy.

The custard was great, fast service. I don't think the cashier knows how to count back change? My order was $10.56. She gave me back $34.44 out of a $50 bill. She short changed me by $5.00.

June 10th visit. Fingernail found in the lemon flavored ice. Should use gloves. Too far too return and eaten late next day.

Went to store on Saturday night, store was clean and customer service from the guy working was excellent, there was a shorter female hardly working while he took all the orders, hard to watch!!
