Bancock chicken was good but has no sauce. Fried rice was bland and dry. Small container of white sauce was 75 cents extra and they didn't even ask me. No soy sauce or anything extra to put on rice. Disappointed. Won't eat there again. I'd rather eat at the other Chinese place at the food court. Anywhere but here.

8.99 for 1 meat and rice. Large tea was 3.50. Ridiculous

The service was great. You can ask for a sample before you order which is a plus. The food was fresh and delicious.

The chicken and noodles are amazing! Fresh sodas, and the food came in under 2 minutes! I recommend!

When I tell you, this is the best food i've ever had... All the trays were full of food, and there are countless types of combos you can make, and the boba tea is so good too.

Lady who works counter should be put in back. Very rude lady who probably cost the business money

Probably the food place I frequent the most when visiting the mall, and for good reasons. There's a unique variety of chicken entrees here, all of which seem to blend together nicely with the noodles or rice you can choose from.

What I like the most here is that they don't drown your plate in the sauces, which is a bit of a problem I have with close locations. I'm sure some people enjoy dripping and soggy chicken, but thankfully this place does it right. The fact they do boba/bubble tea here is also a plus, as it can save you time from having to go to multiple locations.

Overall a pleasant experience, and rarely do I run into issues here. Cheers. 🤙

This was my first time trying it and I was very excited to eat it I was very disappointed the only appetizing thing on my plate was the chicken the noodles were lacking a whole lot of flavor all I tasted was straight up grease and the egg role was nothing special

Very rude behaviour by the staff

Not happy to have spent $2 for an EMPTY Spring roll but VERY impressed they were able to deep fry “nothingness” into that shape! Usually a solid option for value/flavor but not this particular time. Take out to home so didn’t have the option to be refunded/replaced.

I like the taste of it all and the potion size is worth the money. I have received Very Friendly service every time I go. I have recommended this restrauant this food to alot of people. Keep it up. I enjoy sitting looking around and eating every bite.

Kid-friendliness: Yes but very busy. It is a food court in the mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has wide ilses threw out and around the tables to each restrauant and has tables just for wheelchairs.

Average mall Asian food. Noodles are good texture but a little bland. I would recommend walking 50 feet farther to Pei Wei.. it's significantly better food.
